【摘要】：隨著全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)在經(jīng)營過程中面臨的挑戰(zhàn)越來越大。中國遠(yuǎn)洋在全球航運(yùn)業(yè)處于領(lǐng)先地位,對于我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著十分重要的作用,然而在2011、2012年,中國遠(yuǎn)洋陷入嚴(yán)重的財務(wù)困境,本文通過剖析中國遠(yuǎn)洋財務(wù)困境可能的原因,并對其在2013年以及2014年為走出財務(wù)困境所做的調(diào)整進(jìn)行了總結(jié),以對企業(yè)的發(fā)展提出一些警示。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global economy, enterprises are facing more and more challenges in the process of operation. Cosco is in the leading position in the global shipping industry, which plays a very important role in the economic development of our country. However, in 2011, 2012, Cosco fell into serious financial distress, this paper analyzes the possible causes of Cosco's financial distress. In order to give some warning to the development of enterprises, this paper summarizes the adjustment made in 2013 and 2014 to get out of financial distress.
