【摘要】：高職院校中會計專業(yè)教育的開展,主要是希望能夠培養(yǎng)出更多高素質(zhì)和技能的綜合人才,由此來更好地為地方經(jīng)濟建設的發(fā)展做出重要的貢獻。而實現(xiàn)這一偉大目標實現(xiàn)的前提就是高職院校必須具備較高的教育水平,這就需要由此組建一支由高素質(zhì)的、"雙師型"會計專業(yè)的人員所組成的教師隊伍,這樣才能切實保障高職院校會計專業(yè)教師的教學水平。因此在雙師型發(fā)展目標背景下,如何實現(xiàn)會計專業(yè)教師教學能力及水平成為當下主要研究的課堂。
[Abstract]:The development of accounting major education in higher vocational colleges is mainly in the hope of cultivating more high quality and skills of comprehensive talents. From this, better for the development of local economic construction to make an important contribution, and to achieve this great goal is the premise of higher vocational colleges must have a higher level of education. This requires the formation of a high-quality, "double-qualified" accounting professional personnel composed of a team of teachers. Only in this way can the teaching level of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges be ensured. Therefore, how to realize the teaching ability and level of accounting teachers becomes the main research subject in the current classroom under the background of double-qualified development goal.
