【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的背景之下,加速推動(dòng)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)已然成為將來(lái)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。然而,我國(guó)園林企業(yè)在“新常態(tài)”的背景轉(zhuǎn)型下,也凸顯出如:營(yíng)運(yùn)資金沉淀、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率過高、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力差等問題。園林企業(yè)逐步意識(shí)到規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化、整體化的重要性,將價(jià)值鏈管理和企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理相融合,能夠克服以往營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理局部性的特點(diǎn),將企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理站在價(jià)值鏈整體角度分析原因和解決問題,具有整體性、戰(zhàn)略性特點(diǎn)。本文結(jié)合SH公司實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合價(jià)值鏈理論對(duì)SH公司營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理情況進(jìn)行了較為全面、系統(tǒng)地研究。本文在對(duì)園林行業(yè)價(jià)值鏈進(jìn)行繪制的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)SH公司營(yíng)運(yùn)資金結(jié)構(gòu)表以及價(jià)值鏈視角下的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià),尋找出SH企業(yè)當(dāng)前存在的三大問題(效率低、協(xié)調(diào)性差、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高),并對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行了原因解析(業(yè)務(wù)流程不合理、分散化資金管理模式、信息技術(shù)落后)。最后,構(gòu)建了價(jià)值鏈視角下營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理模式作為優(yōu)化策略,回扣文章主題,從業(yè)務(wù)流對(duì)招標(biāo)采購(gòu)、工程施工、確權(quán)收款業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,提升營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理效率;從資金流推行集約化管理模式,增強(qiáng)了價(jià)值鏈戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系,強(qiáng)化了營(yíng)運(yùn)資金流動(dòng)性增值作用;從信息流構(gòu)建基于BIM的信息共享平臺(tái),作為價(jià)值鏈營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的基礎(chǔ)保障。本文選用理論與實(shí)踐相融合的方法,通過現(xiàn)狀敘述、數(shù)據(jù)分析、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià),將價(jià)值鏈運(yùn)用到營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理相關(guān)研究中,希望能為SH公司和其余園林企業(yè)的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理提供少許方法和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic transformation, accelerating the construction of ecological civilization has become an inevitable trend of future development. However, under the background transformation of "new normal", Chinese garden enterprises also highlight such as: working capital precipitation. The garden enterprises gradually realize the importance of standardization systematization and integration and combine the value chain management with the working capital management. It can overcome the characteristics of working capital management in the past and analyze the reasons and solve the problems from the perspective of the whole value chain. Combining with the actual situation of SH Company and the theory of value chain, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the working capital management of SH Company. On the basis of drawing the value chain of garden industry, this paper evaluates the performance of working capital management in SH company through working capital structure table and value chain perspective. Find out the three problems (low efficiency, poor coordination, high risk), and analyze the reasons (unreasonable business process, decentralized capital management mode). Finally, the paper constructs the working capital management mode under the value chain perspective as the optimization strategy, rebates the article topic, from the business flow to the bidding procurement, the project construction, the confirmation right collection business process optimization. Improving the efficiency of working capital management; Carrying out intensive management mode from capital flow strengthens the strategic partnership of value chain and strengthens the value added function of working capital liquidity; From the information flow to construct the information sharing platform based on BIM as the basic guarantee of value chain working capital management. This paper selects the method of combining theory and practice through the status quo description data analysis performance evaluation. Applying the value chain to the research of working capital management, this paper hopes to provide a few methods and suggestions for SH company and other garden enterprises in the management of working capital.
