【摘要】：文章基于微笑曲線理論分析制造業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級特征,將制造業(yè)企業(yè)按行業(yè)要素稟賦分為勞動密集型、資本密集型和知識密集型三類。將資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論與市場競爭理論結(jié)合,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對京津冀地區(qū)162家上市制造業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,探究融資渠道對不同類型制造業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的影響,提出適合不同類型轉(zhuǎn)型升級的最佳融資渠道,并分析京津冀地區(qū)各行業(yè)的資金供需情況。指出應(yīng)根據(jù)不同行業(yè)的融資特點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)資本密集型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的資本市場建設(shè),同時(shí)增加知識密集型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的政府補(bǔ)助。
[Abstract]:Based on the smile curve theory, this paper analyzes the transformation and upgrading characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, and divides manufacturing enterprises into labor-intensive according to industry factor endowment. Combining the capital structure theory with the market competition theory, the empirical analysis of 162 listed manufacturing enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is carried out by using the structural equation model. This paper explores the impact of financing channels on the transformation and upgrading of different types of manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward the best financing channels suitable for different types of transformation and upgrading. It also analyzes the supply and demand of capital in various industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and points out that the capital market construction of capital-intensive manufacturing enterprises should be strengthened according to the financing characteristics of different industries. At the same time, increase knowledge-intensive manufacturing enterprises government subsidies.
