【摘要】：近年來,淡水資源的匱乏與經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,使得水務行業(yè),成為政府、國民、企業(yè)資本共同關(guān)注的對象。由于行業(yè)有著前期投資大、周期長、公益性質(zhì)導致的低收益率等特殊性,對進入企業(yè)的資本實力有著較高的要求。同時,由于已進入企業(yè)近年來在政策及資本支持下,紛紛擴張,行業(yè)競爭不斷加劇,過快的企業(yè)擴張及行業(yè)技術(shù)的不成熟,使得企業(yè)暴露出很多問題,這也迫使企業(yè)要及時調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略決策和經(jīng)營決策,作為提供決策支持信息的重要手段,財務分析就顯得至關(guān)重要。本文通過哈佛分析框架作為主要分析工具,分為五個部分,分析闡述該工具的分析目標、分析方法、分析過程與分析結(jié)論,并給予信息使用者決策支持。以模擬的案例公司公開報表數(shù)據(jù)及內(nèi)部資料(收入及利潤相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、業(yè)務活動資料等)為技術(shù)分析的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料,從企業(yè)經(jīng)營的宏觀環(huán)境出發(fā),分析了SCG公司及所處行業(yè)的背景,結(jié)合使用的PEST工具與SWOT分析來詳細論證SCG公司所處的外部環(huán)境以及其內(nèi)部定位,引入了本文將要使用的哈佛分析框架;通過財務報表分析的重點--資產(chǎn)負債表、損益表、現(xiàn)金流量表、財務比率、上市公司指標及綜合分析,來揭示SCG公司真實財務狀況、經(jīng)營狀況,以找出存在的問題,從而結(jié)合行業(yè)發(fā)展前景預測擬定SCG公司的未來戰(zhàn)略制定,最終,對研究成果進行總結(jié),針對案例公司當前存在的投資回報率逐年降低,公司整體的成本居高、盈利能力逐年下降過于依賴外部資金擴張而導致償債能力降低等問題,給予管理層“集中打造核心競爭力,加強發(fā)展多元化,加強成本費用控制,調(diào)整企業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)”的決策建議以及投資者“把握兩會政策時機,現(xiàn)階段SCG公司有著較大的投資價值及成長空間”的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the shortage of fresh water resources and the rapid development of economy make the water industry become the common concern of government, national and enterprise capital. The particularity of the low rate of return caused by the nature of public welfare has higher requirements for the capital strength of entering the enterprise. At the same time, because of entering the enterprise in recent years under the policy and capital support, one after another expansion. With the increasing competition, the rapid expansion of enterprises and the immature technology of the industry, many problems are exposed, which also force the enterprises to adjust their strategic and operational decisions in time. As an important means to provide decision support information, financial analysis is very important. This paper uses the Harvard analysis framework as the main analysis tool, divided into five parts, to analyze the analysis objectives of the tool. Analysis method, analysis process and analysis conclusion, and give information user decision support. Report data and internal data (income and profit related data) of simulated case company. As the basic data of technical analysis, this paper analyzes the background of SCG Company and its industry from the macro environment of enterprise management. Combining the PEST tools and SWOT analysis to demonstrate the external environment and its internal positioning of SCG Company in detail, this paper introduces the Harvard analysis framework to be used in this paper. Through the key points of financial statement analysis-balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, financial ratio, listed company indicators and comprehensive analysis, to reveal the true financial situation of SCG, operating conditions. In order to find out the existing problems, combined with the industry development prospects forecast to formulate the future strategy of SCG company, finally, to summarize the research results, the current investment rate of return on the case companies has been reduced year by year. The overall cost of the company is high, the profitability decline year by year, too dependent on the expansion of external funds, resulting in reduced solvency and other issues, to give the management "focus on building core competitiveness, strengthen the development of diversification." Strengthen the cost cost control, adjust the structure of the enterprise "the decision suggestion and investor" "grasp the policy opportunity of the two sessions, at present SCG company has the bigger investment value and the growth space" suggestion.
