【摘要】：我國高校目前財(cái)務(wù)流程尚未完全適應(yīng)加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)管理的需要,財(cái)務(wù)流程影響財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)及管理效率,財(cái)務(wù)信息化建設(shè)存在建設(shè)滯后、財(cái)務(wù)信息來源不完整、信息系統(tǒng)基于事務(wù)和職能架構(gòu)等問題.通過開展財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程管理,并構(gòu)建基于財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程為中心的高校財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),使其具備通用性、實(shí)用性、專業(yè)性、多樣性、交互性、實(shí)時(shí)性等特征.
[Abstract]:At present, the financial process of colleges and universities in China has not fully adapted to the need of strengthening financial management. The financial process affects the financial services and management efficiency, the construction of financial information is lagging behind, and the financial information source is incomplete. The information system is based on transaction and functional structure. By developing financial business process management and constructing the financial information system architecture based on financial business process, it has universality and practicability. Professional, diverse, interactive, real-time and other characteristics.
