【摘要】：自2007年中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入放寬及中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行監(jiān)管當(dāng)局“法人導(dǎo)向政策”實(shí)施以來(lái),截至2015年底,在華外資行法人化機(jī)構(gòu)總行數(shù)已達(dá)40家,法人機(jī)構(gòu)分行數(shù)已達(dá)310家,總分支機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)(包括法人分支機(jī)構(gòu)總行、法人分支機(jī)構(gòu)分行、法人、未法人化的分行以及全部支行)已經(jīng)超過(guò)1000家達(dá)到1044家。由此可見,外資行在華規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)張,影響力也越來(lái)越大。然而,由于在華外資行的數(shù)據(jù)披露不充分、數(shù)據(jù)口徑不一致,以往文獻(xiàn)通常會(huì)從外資行進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)對(duì)中資行影響的角度去分析,鮮有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)在華外資行本身的績(jī)效表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究。本文首先從宏觀上對(duì)外資行在華發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行了回顧,并通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)具體的分析了外資行本地法人化以來(lái)在華發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀;接著對(duì)在華外資行的經(jīng)營(yíng)表現(xiàn)建立DEA模型進(jìn)行效率測(cè)算,用得出的效率值表征在華外資行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效,從整體的角度分時(shí)間分地域的對(duì)在華外資行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效進(jìn)行宏觀概述,并從個(gè)體的角度對(duì)在華外資行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析;然后將得出的效率值作為因變量,將影響外資行在華經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的各種相關(guān)因素作為自變量,建立面板回歸模型,并創(chuàng)新性地將在華外資行母行的海外規(guī)模指標(biāo)加入模型進(jìn)行回歸,發(fā)現(xiàn)外資銀行母行全球分支機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)及其海外資產(chǎn)規(guī)模指標(biāo)、外資行在華資產(chǎn)規(guī)模指標(biāo)、在華外資行母國(guó)與中國(guó)之間貿(mào)易量指標(biāo)、在華外資行與中國(guó)的利率差、在華外資行母國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展程度指標(biāo)以及中國(guó)的GDP增速均顯著提高在華外資行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效。最后結(jié)合回歸結(jié)果對(duì)在華外資行的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展以及中資銀行的國(guó)際化提出建議。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the 2007 commercial bank China industry market access and China commercial bank regulatory authorities "corporate oriented policy", by the end of 2015, foreign legal institutions for the total number has reached 40, the number of branch institutions has reached 310, the total number of branches (including corporate head office branch, branch Corporation a branch of legal person, legal person, not all branches and sub branches) has more than 1000 reached 1044. Thus, foreign firms in China, the continuous expansion of the scale, the influence is also growing. However, because of the number of foreign firms in China according to the disclosure is not sufficient, data inconsistencies in previous literature, usually from foreign firms enter the market impact on the Chinese China perspective to analyze, there is less research on performance itself for foreign investment in China. This paper from the foreign capital for macro development in China history and Through specific data analysis of the current situation of foreign banks since the local incorporation in China; then the performance of foreign firms in China, the establishment of DEA model to calculate the efficiency, characterization for foreign investment in China's performance with the efficiency value, macro overview of the time from the overall perspective of foreign bank in the region China's business performance, and comparative analysis of foreign firms in China, the business performance from the perspective of the individual efficiency; then the value as the dependent variable, the effects of various factors related to foreign bank operating performance in China as independent variables, establish panel regression model, and the Chinese foreign bank parent bank the overseas scale index into the regression model, it is found that the foreign bank parent bank branches and the number of global overseas assets index, foreign firms in China, asset size index, foreign firms in China between the home country and Chinese The trade volume index, foreign bank and China interest rate index the degree of development of financial market in China for foreign country and Chinese GDP growth significantly improved operating performance. Finally, foreign firms in China, combined with the regression results of foreign firms in China's further development and internationalization of Chinese bank's recommendations.
