【摘要】:績效考核體系是人力資源的核心要素,也是商業(yè)銀行提高自身管理水平保障銀行生存發(fā)展,提高自身核心競爭力的重要工具,銀行管理界對其高度重視,因此也成為銀行管理重要內容之一。商業(yè)銀行績效考核是商業(yè)銀行人力資源管理領域的核心工作,其在國外己經非常成熟,但是由于歷史原因,我國商業(yè)銀行績效考核工作還相對落后很難適應社會日新月異的發(fā)展,這也成為我國商業(yè)銀行人力資源管理領域的難題之一。績效考核關系著商業(yè)銀行是否能夠提高員工工作積極性,提高工作效率,提高盈利能力最終實現(xiàn)自身戰(zhàn)略目標。本文以績效考核的相關理論為基礎,結合A銀行的績效考核體系中存在的實際問題進行了深入的剖析和闡述。首先,通過對商業(yè)銀行績效考核相關理論的綜述,總結了績效考核的內涵、績效考核的常用方法以及平衡計分卡在商業(yè)銀行績效考核中的應用情況,為本文的研究提供了規(guī)范的理論指導依據。其次對A銀行現(xiàn)行的績效考核制度進行分析,找出其中的問題和不足,并結合理論知識查找其原因。第三,通過平衡計分卡績效考核理論,對A銀行進行績效考核體系優(yōu)化設計并對設計進行評價。最終得出結論。并對考核體系實施保障。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal system is the core element of human resources, it is also an important tool for commercial banks to improve their management level to ensure the survival and development of banks, improve their core competitiveness, the banking management community attaches great importance to it. Performance appraisal of commercial banks is the core work in the field of human resources management of commercial banks, which has been very mature in foreign countries, but due to historical reasons. The performance evaluation of commercial banks in China is still relatively backward and difficult to adapt to the rapid development of society. This has also become one of the difficult problems in the field of human resources management of commercial banks. Performance appraisal is related to whether commercial banks can improve the enthusiasm of employees and improve work efficiency. This paper based on the theory of performance appraisal, combined with the actual problems in the performance appraisal system of Bank A to conduct in-depth analysis and elaboration. First of all. By summarizing the relevant theories of performance appraisal of commercial banks, this paper summarizes the connotation of performance appraisal, the common methods of performance appraisal and the application of balanced scorecard in performance appraisal of commercial banks. This paper provides a normative theoretical basis for the study. Secondly, it analyzes the current performance appraisal system of Bank A, finds out the problems and deficiencies, and combines the theoretical knowledge to find out the reasons. Through the theory of balanced scorecard performance appraisal, this paper optimizes the design of A bank performance appraisal system and evaluates the design. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the appraisal system is guaranteed.
