【摘要】：文章闡述了土地整治定額人工預(yù)算單價(jià)的內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成,分析了存在問(wèn)題及其與市場(chǎng)人工單價(jià)的差異,并對(duì)產(chǎn)生差異主要原因進(jìn)行了剖析。通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)行業(yè)定額人工預(yù)算單價(jià)調(diào)整情況的研究,認(rèn)為基本工資和人工預(yù)算單價(jià)構(gòu)成是調(diào)整現(xiàn)行定額人工預(yù)算單價(jià)的關(guān)鍵。在分析基本工資與最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了合理調(diào)整基本工資的實(shí)施路徑,并就基本工資調(diào)整幅度、人工預(yù)算單價(jià)構(gòu)成及今后進(jìn)一步完善定額人工預(yù)算單價(jià)提出了調(diào)整方案和相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the connotation of land remediation of quota labor budget unit price and composition, analyzes the existing problems and differences with the market and the artificial price, the difference is analyzed. Through the study of relevant industry quota manual budget unit price adjustment, that the basic wage and labor budget unit price is the key to adjust the current labor budget quota the price. Based on linkage analysis of basic wage and the minimum wage standard, study the reasonable adjustment of the implementation path of the basic salary, and the basic wage adjustment, manual budget unit structure and further improve the proposed adjustment programs and related suggestions.
