【摘要】：文章選取2013—2016年電力行業(yè)上市公司的數據,實證檢驗電力行業(yè)財務柔性與過度投資的關系以及不同公司治理特征如何影響兩者之間的關系。研究結果發(fā)現:(1)財務柔性與過度投資呈現顯著的正相關關系,即財務柔性越高的公司,其過度投資的傾向越高;(2)獨董比例、控股股東控制權在一定程度上能夠削弱財務柔性對過度投資的影響,而兩權分離程度則并不顯著影響兩者之間關系。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the data of the listed companies in the electric power industry in 2013-2016. An empirical study of the relationship between financial flexibility and overinvestment in power industry and how different corporate governance characteristics affect the relationship between them. There is a significant positive correlation between financial flexibility and overinvestment. That is, the higher the financial flexibility, the higher the tendency of overinvestment; (2) the proportion of independent directors and the controlling rights of controlling shareholders can weaken the influence of financial flexibility on overinvestment to some extent, but the degree of separation of two rights does not affect the relationship between them.
