【摘要】：基于2007-2014年全國數(shù)據(jù)和省級數(shù)據(jù),采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸方法,分析了普通高校經(jīng)費(fèi)收入結(jié)構(gòu)對生均經(jīng)費(fèi)的影響,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的國際比較,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,2007-2014年我國普通高校生均經(jīng)費(fèi)增長緩慢,生均經(jīng)費(fèi)指數(shù)不斷下降,教育經(jīng)費(fèi)總收入中財(cái)政性教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的比例呈上升趨勢;第二,普通高校教育經(jīng)費(fèi)收入結(jié)構(gòu)對生均經(jīng)費(fèi)水平存在顯著影響,表現(xiàn)為財(cái)政性教育經(jīng)費(fèi)比例的提高有助于生均經(jīng)費(fèi)的增長,而事業(yè)收入比例和學(xué)費(fèi)收入比例的提高阻礙了生均經(jīng)費(fèi)的增長;第三,除了北京和上海等少數(shù)地區(qū),我國高等教育生均經(jīng)費(fèi)的絕對水平遠(yuǎn)低于發(fā)達(dá)國家,而且政府投入比例低于發(fā)達(dá)國家。
[Abstract]:Based on the national data and provincial data from 2007 to 2014, this paper analyzes the influence of the income structure of college funds on the average expenditure of students by using descriptive statistics and panel data regression method. The results are as follows: first, from 2007 to 2014, the average expenditure of college students in China increased slowly, and the average expenditure index of students decreased. The proportion of financial education expenditure in total income of education is on the rise; Second, the income structure of education funds in colleges and universities has a significant impact on the level of average student expenditure, which is shown that the increase of the proportion of financial education funds contributes to the growth of the average expenditure of students. And the increase of the ratio of enterprise income and tuition fee income hinders the growth of the average student expenditure; Third, except for a few regions such as Beijing and Shanghai, the absolute level of the average expenditure for higher education students in China is far lower than that in developed countries, and the proportion of government investment is lower than that in developed countries.
