【摘要】：2016年是共享單車市場(chǎng)在資本寒冬中脫穎而出的一年。盡管各大項(xiàng)目的融資頻繁遭到"冷遇",共享單車仍然成為了當(dāng)下的資本寵兒,令人不禁好奇其背后的商業(yè)故事及各大資本家的投資邏輯。文章首先歸納了以"共享單車"為代表的新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的融資狀況;其次,在梳理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家的投資目的與投資決策路徑的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)闡述了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家的投資邏輯;最后綜合分析并探討了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家在"共享單車"項(xiàng)目上的"非理性"投資問題。
[Abstract]:2016 is the bicycle market share in the capital of the winter talent shows itself in a year. Although the project financing frequently was cold, still shared bicycle has become the current capital darling, investment logic is wonder behind the story and the commercial capitalists. This article first summarizes the financing situation of new enterprises to share the bicycle "as the representative of the foundation; secondly, investment objectives and investment decision-making path in combing the venture on the detailed investment logic of venture capitalists; finally analyzes the venture capitalists in the" Sharing Project "bicycle" non rational investment.
