【摘要】：借鑒已有研究,采用財務信息披露指數(shù)DI值法,通過對北京市政府26個組成部門2012-2015年的網(wǎng)上公開數(shù)據(jù)進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)北京市政府部門的網(wǎng)絡財務信息披露數(shù)量和質量逐年提升,但總體水平不高;(2)北京市政府部門的"三公經(jīng)費"總體得分較高,但仍有提升空間;(3)審計報告披露能有效提高政府財務信息網(wǎng)絡披露質量�；诖�,分"近、中、遠期"對策提出改進建議,希冀能裨益于相關研究與地方政府網(wǎng)絡財務信息披露實踐。
[Abstract]:From the existing research, the financial information disclosure index DI value method, through research, the Beijing municipal government departments 26 2012-2015 years of online public data found that: (1) the network financial information disclosure of the Beijing municipal government departments of quality and quantity increased year by year, but the overall level is not high; (2) the Beijing municipal government departments "public funds" overall score is high, but there is still room for improvement; (3) the audit report disclosure of government financial information network can effectively improve the quality of disclosure. Based on this, "close, long-term strategy recommendations for improvement, hope to benefit the research and local government network financial information disclosure practices.
