【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)趨向一體化和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展逐漸市場(chǎng)化的大環(huán)境下,企業(yè)如果想要可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就會(huì)越來越重視財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別和控制。在遇到嚴(yán)重的外部惡劣環(huán)境時(shí),很多企業(yè)沒有完善的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,管理系統(tǒng)不完善,很容易遇到財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的打擊。因此財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)需要盡早防范。H新能源公司作為有新能源行業(yè)的典型企業(yè),在創(chuàng)新困難、投資金額巨大、融資艱難、盈利較小的背景下,有必要建立完善的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制機(jī)制,幫助企業(yè)預(yù)防財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。該研究有助于識(shí)別和解決H新能源公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)于構(gòu)建財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系具有重要理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。因此了解財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī),預(yù)估財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)的發(fā)生概率,進(jìn)而防范財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),使我們?cè)诿鎸?duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)之時(shí)可以從容不迫地應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。隨著新能源的市場(chǎng)競爭日益激烈和信息與技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,H新能源公司可能會(huì)面臨著各種財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),企業(yè)只有實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,才能使可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略得以實(shí)現(xiàn),由此可見建立財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的意義至關(guān)重要。結(jié)合H新能源公司的特點(diǎn),從投資、資金回收、籌資等相關(guān)的環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別、測(cè)量、評(píng)估以及控制進(jìn)行了描述;以H新能源公司每年的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表作為分析的數(shù)據(jù),套入到F分?jǐn)?shù)模型中,分析公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。根據(jù)企業(yè)的自身情況,建立符合企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警體系,使企業(yè)根據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)所發(fā)出的相關(guān)的信息,及時(shí)提前采取相關(guān)的防預(yù)措施,來避免財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生,并將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制在初期,可以盡量減少或降低對(duì)企業(yè)的巨大破壞,同時(shí)降低成本,保證企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of economic integration and the gradual marketization of economic development, if enterprises want to develop sustainably, they will pay more and more attention to the identification and control of financial risks. Many enterprises do not have perfect financial risk control measures, management system is not perfect. Therefore, the financial risk needs to be prevented as soon as possible. As a typical enterprise with new energy industry, it is difficult to innovate, invest large amount and raise funds. Under the background of small profit, it is necessary to establish a perfect financial risk control mechanism to help enterprises prevent financial risk. This study is helpful to identify and solve the financial risk of H New Energy Company. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct the financial risk control system. Therefore, we can understand the financial crisis, estimate the probability of the financial crisis, and then guard against the financial risk. With the increasing competition in the new energy market and the rapid development of information and technology, the new energy company may face a variety of financial risks. Only by implementing financial risk control can the sustainable development strategy be realized. It can be seen that the significance of establishing financial risk is very important. Combined with the characteristics of H new energy company, from the investment, capital recovery. Financing and other related links, the identification, measurement, evaluation and control of financial risk are described. Taking the annual financial statements of H New Energy Company as the analysis data, the financial risk of the company is analyzed in the F score model. According to the enterprise's own situation, the financial risk early warning system that accords with the enterprise standard is established. According to the relevant information issued by the financial early warning system, the enterprise can take relevant preventive measures in advance in time to avoid the occurrence of financial risk and control the risk in the initial stage. It can reduce or reduce the great damage to the enterprise, reduce the cost and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
