【摘要】：中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng)，帶動(dòng)了中國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的巨大的進(jìn)步，其對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響也越來(lái)越顯著。伴隨著中國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展，中國(guó)的證券行業(yè)也取得的空前的進(jìn)步，證券市場(chǎng)的容量越來(lái)越大；證券公司、基金公司等投資中介機(jī)構(gòu)的數(shù)量越來(lái)越多，規(guī)模也在不斷壯大；市場(chǎng)上的投資者數(shù)量也在呈幾何級(jí)增長(zhǎng)；隨著監(jiān)管制度的不斷完善，市場(chǎng)上的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品也越來(lái)越豐富。 種種跡象表明，我國(guó)的證券行業(yè)正在以史無(wú)前例的速度快速的發(fā)展。但是快速的增長(zhǎng)背后往往伴隨著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的累積。近幾年，隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度的放緩，證券市場(chǎng)行情也隨之極度萎靡，很多證券公司出現(xiàn)虧損甚至倒閉，大部分投資者的資產(chǎn)嚴(yán)重縮水。這些現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)暴露出我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的諸多弊端，例如，市場(chǎng)制度的不完善，導(dǎo)致行業(yè)惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的現(xiàn)象十分普遍；缺乏必要的投資者保護(hù)手段；市場(chǎng)缺乏創(chuàng)新，且產(chǎn)品的種類十分有限；證券公司盈利手段太少，受行情的制約十分明顯；證券公司營(yíng)業(yè)收入過(guò)度依賴經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)等等。 本文主要著眼于證券公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)，從客戶服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、營(yíng)銷方式、成本控制等方面探討影響證券公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的諸多因素。結(jié)合廣發(fā)證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)際情況，運(yùn)用SWOT理論對(duì)廣發(fā)證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行闡述，并結(jié)合當(dāng)前證券市場(chǎng)上的機(jī)會(huì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析，得出廣發(fā)證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性及緊迫性，，根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果提出“向綜合服務(wù)型業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展”、“向多元化業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展”、“轉(zhuǎn)換營(yíng)銷方式”等建議來(lái)解決廣發(fā)證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的困境。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of China's economy has led to great progress in China's capital market, and its impact on the global economy is becoming more and more significant. Along with the development of China's capital market, China's securities industry has also made unprecedented progress, the capacity of the securities market is increasing, the number of securities companies, fund companies and other investment intermediaries are increasing, and the scale is also growing. The number of investors in the market is also growing exponentially; with the continuous improvement of the regulatory system, the innovative products in the market are becoming more and more abundant. All kinds of signs show that the securities industry in our country is developing at an unprecedented speed. But rapid growth often accompanies risk accumulation. In recent years, as China's economy has slowed, the stock market has been extremely depressed, with many securities firms losing money or even failing, and most investors' assets seriously shrinking. The emergence of these phenomena exposed many disadvantages of our country's securities market, for example, the imperfect market system leads to the phenomenon of vicious competition in the industry is very common; the lack of necessary means of investor protection; the lack of innovation in the market, And the kinds of products are very limited; the profit means of the securities companies are too few, and the restriction of the market is very obvious; the business income of the securities companies is excessively dependent on the brokerage business, and so on. This article mainly focuses on the brokerage business of the securities companies, from the customer service, Product innovation, marketing methods, cost control and other aspects of the securities companies to explore the development of brokerage business factors. Combined with the actual situation of Guangfa Securities brokerage business, using the SWOT theory to explain the advantages and disadvantages of Guangfa Securities brokerage business, and combined with the current securities market opportunities and risks to carry out a detailed analysis, The necessity and urgency of the transformation of Guangfa Securities brokerage business are obtained. According to the results of the analysis, it is proposed that "developing to integrated service business", "developing to diversified business", "change marketing mode" and other suggestions to solve the plight of Guangfa Securities brokerage business.
