【摘要】：自2008年金融危機后,世界經(jīng)濟持續(xù)低迷,在此期間國際對人民幣升值的呼聲也沉寂了一段時間,我國也暫停了人民幣匯率升值的趨勢,重新回到穩(wěn)定的盯住美元匯率機制。但從2010年開始,由于世界各個主要經(jīng)濟體的經(jīng)濟開始恢復,或是基于國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,或是為了制約中國的發(fā)展,要求人民幣升值的呼聲也越來越高。基于我國實際經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,我國于2010年宣布重新啟動人民幣匯率形成機制改革,旨在增強我國人民幣匯率形成機制的彈性。面對我國人民幣的升值壓力,本文將分析我國人民幣匯率形成機制的變遷史以及當前的現(xiàn)狀,探討我國人民幣匯率形成機制的優(yōu)點與缺陷,從而為完善我國人民幣匯率制度提供政策建議。 首先,緒論部分對人民幣匯率形成機制的研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容以及研究方法等進行分析。這一部分是全面的概括,通過這一部分讓讀者對全文有一個總體性認識。 第二章著重探討了我國人民幣匯率制度的變遷史,將我國人民幣匯率形成機制的變動歸納為四個階段,并對每個階段性的內(nèi)容特點進行分析,其次針對性地詳細分析了1994年、2005年、2010年三次人民幣匯率制度改革的內(nèi)容、特點以及效果,從而對我國人民幣匯率制度的變遷過程進行經(jīng)驗總結(jié),為探討具備中國特色的匯率制度提供借鑒。 最后對我國現(xiàn)行的人民幣匯率機制現(xiàn)狀進行分析,對我國人民幣匯率制度存在的問題進行相關探討,并對人民幣匯率影響因素進行分析和對未來變動趨勢進行預測,為完善人民幣匯率制度提出了筆者自己的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the financial crisis of 2008, the world economy has been in the doldrums. During this period, the international calls for the appreciation of the RMB have also been silent for a period of time. China has also suspended the trend of the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate and returned to the stable exchange rate mechanism of pegging to the US dollar.But since 2010, as the world's major economies have begun to recover, either because of the need for domestic economic development or in order to constrain China's development, calls for a stronger yuan have been growing.In order to enhance the flexibility of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism, China announced in 2010 that the reform of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism should be restarted in order to meet the needs of China's actual economic development.In the face of the pressure of RMB appreciation in China, this paper will analyze the history of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism in China and the present situation, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism in China.In order to improve China's RMB exchange rate system to provide policy advice.First, the introduction analyzes the research background, significance, research content and research methods of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism.This part is a comprehensive summary, through which readers have a comprehensive understanding of the full text.The second chapter focuses on the history of the change of RMB exchange rate system in China, and summarizes the change of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism into four stages, and analyzes the content characteristics of each stage.Secondly, the contents, characteristics and effects of the three RMB exchange rate regime reforms in 1994, 2005 and 2010 are analyzed in detail, so as to sum up the changes of the RMB exchange rate system in China.To explore the exchange rate system with Chinese characteristics to provide reference.Finally, the current situation of RMB exchange rate mechanism in China is analyzed, the problems existing in RMB exchange rate system are discussed, and the influencing factors of RMB exchange rate are analyzed and the trend of future change is forecasted.In order to improve the RMB exchange rate system, I put forward my own suggestions.
