【摘要】：單位銀行結(jié)算賬戶是銀行與企業(yè)客戶之間建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)，是銀行向企業(yè)客戶提供金融服務(wù)的起點(diǎn)。銀行擁有企業(yè)客戶的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量，既彰顯了銀行的實(shí)力，也決定著銀行發(fā)展的潛力。近年來(lái)，各家商業(yè)銀行對(duì)單位銀行結(jié)算賬戶的拼搶愈演激烈，有些銀行為了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)需要，降低了準(zhǔn)入門檻，，為洗錢、腐敗等埋下了隱患。2009年，全國(guó)銀行業(yè)在上海的多家分支機(jī)構(gòu)相繼發(fā)生案件，經(jīng)過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，各家商業(yè)銀行均在賬戶管理環(huán)節(jié)有所放松。在這些銀行開展案件治理工作的同時(shí)，也面臨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的壓力。如何尋找風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的平衡點(diǎn)，成為各家商業(yè)銀行單位銀行結(jié)算賬戶管理工作的難點(diǎn)。本文以中國(guó)銀行XX分行單位銀行結(jié)算戶管理情況為切入點(diǎn)，力求通過(guò)分析問(wèn)題，尋找出解決問(wèn)題的方案。
[Abstract]:Unit bank settlement account is the basis of establishing business relationship between bank and enterprise customer and the starting point of bank providing financial service to enterprise customer.In recent years, commercial banks have become increasingly competitive over unit bank settlement accounts. In order to compete, some banks have lowered entry barriers and laid hidden dangers for money laundering, corruption, etc. In 2009,A number of branches of the national banking sector in Shanghai have occurred cases, after analysis found that each commercial bank in the account management links have been relaxed.In these banks to carry out case management work, but also facing the pressure of competition.How to find a balance between risk control and business development has become a difficult point in the settlement account management of commercial banks.Based on the bank settlement account management of XX branch of Bank of China, this paper tries to find out the solution by analyzing the problem.
