【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、金融全球化和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,金融已發(fā)展為現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,金融集聚現(xiàn)象日益凸顯,逐漸成為現(xiàn)代金融發(fā)展的主要方向。金融集聚通過發(fā)揮集聚效應(yīng)和規(guī)模效應(yīng)等,促進(jìn)了集聚區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)。另一方面,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)在不斷的調(diào)整過程中,又為金融集聚帶來了更多的便利條件,促進(jìn)了金融集聚的發(fā)展。 天津市坐落于環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的中心和華北平原海河五大支流匯流處,是我國(guó)北方最大的沿海開放城市,其良好的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)為區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了很多先天的便利條件。另外,2006年國(guó)務(wù)院將濱海新區(qū)設(shè)立為金融改革試點(diǎn),政策上的優(yōu)勢(shì)更加帶動(dòng)了天津市金融和經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展。 本文以天津市為研究對(duì)象,基于金融集聚的視角來探討天津市金融集聚與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。文中首先在對(duì)金融集聚與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)相關(guān)概念描述的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了金融集聚與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間關(guān)聯(lián)的理論機(jī)制。然后,采用定量分析和定性描述相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)天津市金融業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述并進(jìn)行了SWOT分析;通過對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀分析指出了天津產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題。另外,采用區(qū)位熵的測(cè)度方法衡量了金融集聚程度。隨后,通過對(duì)天津金融集聚和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)選取合適的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了誤差修正模型。結(jié)果表明,金融集聚在一定程度上推動(dòng)了天津產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。其中,銀行業(yè)的作用最大,其次是證券業(yè),而保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的推動(dòng)作用還不明顯。再用Granger因果檢驗(yàn)法對(duì)天津金融集聚與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)在一定程度上促進(jìn)了金融集聚。最后,針對(duì)前文的理論和實(shí)證研究結(jié)論,本文提出了深化天津金融集聚、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, financial globalization and information technology, finance has developed into the core of modern market economy, and the phenomenon of financial agglomeration has become increasingly prominent. Financial agglomeration promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in agglomeration region by exerting agglomeration effect and scale effect. It also brings more convenient conditions for financial agglomeration and promotes the development of financial agglomeration. Tianjin is located in the center of the economic circle around the Bohai Sea and the five tributaries of the Haihe River in the North China Plain. Tianjin is the largest coastal open city in the north of China. In 2006, the State Council set up Binhai New area as a pilot project of financial reform, and the advantages of policy have promoted the rapid development of finance and economy in Tianjin. Based on the perspective of financial agglomeration, this paper discusses the relationship between financial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading in Tianjin. This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of the correlation between financial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading. Then, the paper describes the present situation of Tianjin's financial industry by using the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative description, and carries on SWOT analysis. By analyzing the present situation of industrial structure, the paper points out the problems existing in Tianjin's industrial structure. In addition, it measures the degree of financial agglomeration by using the method of location entropy. An error correction model is constructed by selecting appropriate evaluation indexes for Tianjin financial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading. The results show that financial agglomeration promotes the optimization and upgrading of Tianjin's industrial structure to a certain extent. The banking industry plays the most important role, followed by the securities industry, but the promotion role of the insurance industry is not obvious. Then the Granger causality test is used to test the relationship between the financial agglomeration and the upgrading of the industrial structure in Tianjin. Finally, in view of the previous theoretical and empirical research conclusions, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations to deepen financial agglomeration and promote industrial structure upgrading in Tianjin.
