非洲能源消耗、生產(chǎn)要素和能源要素替代以及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展

能源是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基石,因此,我們要關注能源發(fā)展,其使用的可得性以及能源消費給環(huán)境帶來的影響?紤]到能源使用的不確定性,對能源開發(fā)項目投資的任何決策都需要提前規(guī)劃。本論文正是基于此,旨在提供非洲能源發(fā)展所需的規(guī)劃,以幫助彌補現(xiàn)有研究差距和政策創(chuàng)新。本文選取非洲的一些國家(即加納,尼日利亞,南非和埃及),使用超越對數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)方法研究能源替代可能性。把石油、電煤消費量作為能源投入,并加入了資本和勞動力投入。首先,模型計算出了產(chǎn)出彈性以及各種投入變量之間的替代彈性。其次,投入要素之間替代的可行性將在很大程度上取決于技術進步,因此需要估計所使用的各種投入的技術進步。最后,我們討論了增加使用可再生能源的政策,以增加可再生能源投資和消費量的擴大。論文為所選擇的各國和所有非洲國家提供了一些政策建議。首先,對加納的研究結果表明,所有投入要素之間隨著相對技術進步均可表現(xiàn)出相互替代性并會收斂。這表明,將資源轉向技術改進以實現(xiàn)更清潔的能源生產(chǎn)(如電力)將隨著時間的推移取得成功,這意味著未來可以在更清潔的環(huán)境中為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供能源供應,并減少二氧化碳排放。提高電力生產(chǎn)和促進其使用需要政府政策,例如資本補貼和稅收減...
