技術(shù)多元化對中國汽車行業(yè)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)新績效的影響

在當今競爭的世界里,創(chuàng)新研究的關鍵性日趨增加,吸引了眾多的研宄學者。與此同時,網(wǎng)絡與群集還是相對較新的研宄課題。本文力求找出兩大主要關系的影響。一種是技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績效之間的關系一;另種是網(wǎng)絡指數(shù)與創(chuàng)新績效之間的關系。本文首先引用了適當?shù)奈墨I,從先前的研宄中尋找證據(jù),并對目標樣本產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了深入的分析。收集了中國汽車行業(yè)59家公司的創(chuàng)新績效數(shù)據(jù)并計算了技術(shù)多元化指數(shù)。為了找出網(wǎng)絡指數(shù),本文根據(jù)聯(lián)合數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)建立了鄰接矩陣。本研宄選取了中國汽車行業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡作為研宄對象,因為中國汽車行業(yè)近幾十年來增長迅猛,符合本研宄范疇。本文采用UCINET軟件程序來獲取網(wǎng)絡性質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)。在軟件程序中運行負二項回歸模型后,建立了9個模型,總共16個變量,用于不同組合。研宄發(fā)現(xiàn),技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績效之間呈倒U形關系。同時還分析了創(chuàng)新績效與4個網(wǎng)絡中心性數(shù)據(jù)與一個集聚系數(shù)之間的關系。根據(jù)本文的最新發(fā)現(xiàn),具有較大網(wǎng)絡連接總數(shù)的公司和網(wǎng)絡連接總數(shù)大且連接狀況良好的公司,其創(chuàng)新績效較為優(yōu)秀。但對于網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點間路徑短的公司和信息傳輸快的公司,此影響并不存在。同時還發(fā)現(xiàn),強大的局部聚類對創(chuàng)新績效有負面影響。最后,本文還作了另外一...
