A Novel Hybrid Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Model for Gree

  采掘業(yè)尤其是礦業(yè)作為國(guó)家重要的財(cái)政收入來源之一,對(duì)許多發(fā)展中國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)至關(guān)重要。然而,當(dāng)前采礦業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈作業(yè)造成了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境和社會(huì)問題,并帶來了嚴(yán)重經(jīng)濟(jì)后果。因此,有必要采用戰(zhàn)略性和有效的方式,通過擴(kuò)展供應(yīng)鏈等組織實(shí)踐措施來應(yīng)對(duì)上述問題。在采礦業(yè)實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)且粋(gè)重要且行之有效的戰(zhàn)略途徑,但綠色供應(yīng)鏈的影響因素及其在礦業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的作用尚未完全凸顯。開發(fā)、評(píng)估、評(píng)價(jià)和選擇必要的綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理(GSCM)因素是成功實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的目標(biāo)之一,但這些因素之間可能存在相互關(guān)聯(lián)的復(fù)雜關(guān)系。因此,理解這些因素及它們的相對(duì)重要性,是在采礦業(yè)成功實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的首要步驟。本文的研究目標(biāo)如下:(1)構(gòu)建考慮環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的綠色供應(yīng)鏈決策框架(因素及指標(biāo)),以提高采礦業(yè)的效率和環(huán)境管理能力;(2)提出一種新型的集成多準(zhǔn)則決策工具,定量研究綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理程序化在采礦和其他行業(yè)中的發(fā)展;(3)如何應(yīng)用該決策工具來解決采礦業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理問題。為實(shí)現(xiàn)以上目標(biāo)并填補(bǔ)研究空缺,本文在已有文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,從多元化理論角度確定綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的影響因素,幫助礦業(yè)公司具備處理環(huán)境影響的能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為識(shí)別潛...
