【摘要】：聯(lián)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)勘查是勘查和礦業(yè)公司的主要運(yùn)作模式和融資方式,是一種符合礦產(chǎn)資源勘查規(guī)律和滿足風(fēng)險(xiǎn)勘查階段特殊需求的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)合作方式,其特點(diǎn)是合資各方按協(xié)議約定的比例共擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、共負(fù)盈虧。我國(guó)地質(zhì)勘查基金自設(shè)立以來(lái),在政策調(diào)控、分擔(dān)勘查風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和引導(dǎo)和拉動(dòng)社會(huì)資金投入礦產(chǎn)資源勘查等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,合作投資也發(fā)展成為地質(zhì)勘查基金的主要投資方式。研究國(guó)外聯(lián)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)勘查模式的特點(diǎn)為落實(shí)《全國(guó)礦產(chǎn)資源規(guī)劃(2016~2020年)》提出的"改革中央地質(zhì)勘查基金,彌補(bǔ)礦業(yè)資本市場(chǎng)不足"要求和進(jìn)一步豐富創(chuàng)新地質(zhì)勘查基金合作投資相關(guān)機(jī)制提供了借鑒和參考意義。
[Abstract]:Joint risk exploration is the main operation mode and financing mode of exploration and mining companies. It is a kind of risk cooperation mode which accords with the law of mineral resources exploration and meets the special needs of risk exploration stage. its characteristic is that the parties to the joint venture share the risk and share the profit and loss according to the proportion agreed upon in the agreement. Since the establishment of geological exploration fund in China, it has played an important role in policy regulation and control, sharing exploration risk and guiding and stimulating social funds to invest in mineral resources exploration. Cooperative investment has also become the main investment mode of geological exploration fund. The study of the characteristics of foreign joint risk exploration model provides a reference and reference significance for the implementation of the requirements of "reforming the Central Geological Exploration Fund to make up for the shortage of Mining Capital Market" put forward in the National Mineral Resources Planning (2016-2020) and further enriching and innovating the relevant mechanisms of cooperative investment of geological exploration funds.
