【摘要】：車輛管理是現(xiàn)在企業(yè)管理中的一環(huán),隨著現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理改革的深入,在車輛管理中存在著費用偏高、駕駛員積極性偏低等諸多問題。因此,需要采取有效的管理措施,減少車輛費用,保障企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。文章通過對當(dāng)前存在的問題從現(xiàn)象到原因的分析,對車輛費用進(jìn)行有效的管理與控制提出了幾點建議,以尋求一種有效的管理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Vehicle management is now a part of enterprise management. With the deepening of modern enterprise management reform, there are many problems such as high cost and low enthusiasm of drivers in vehicle management. Therefore, effective management measures shall be taken to reduce vehicle costs and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. Through analyzing the current problems from phenomenon to cause, this paper puts forward some suggestions for effective management and control of vehicle cost, so as to seek an effective management mechanism.
