【摘要】：伴隨奶業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和生產(chǎn)要素流動(dòng),中國(guó)奶業(yè)區(qū)域格局正在發(fā)生深刻變化。本文縱觀中國(guó)奶業(yè)25年歷史進(jìn)程,總結(jié)了奶業(yè)區(qū)域格局演化的時(shí)空特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文構(gòu)建了"政策因素—飼料供給—加工能力—需求與價(jià)格—技術(shù)進(jìn)步—社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件"的六個(gè)角度的理論分析框架,利用2002-2014年中國(guó)28個(gè)省的面板數(shù)據(jù),引入空間杜賓模型,實(shí)證分析了中國(guó)奶業(yè)區(qū)域格局演化的成因。本文研究結(jié)論表明:1)過去的25年里,中國(guó)奶牛存欄量和牛奶產(chǎn)量呈波動(dòng)中上升趨勢(shì);2)中國(guó)奶業(yè)主產(chǎn)區(qū)由東北、西北和南方逐漸演變?yōu)闁|北、華北和西北主導(dǎo),且華北奶業(yè)增勢(shì)迅猛;3)空間效應(yīng)方面:首先,政策因素和技術(shù)進(jìn)步因素中的奶牛單產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)正的空間溢出效應(yīng)。其次,需求因素城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件因素中的年度總?cè)丝诤腿司鵊DP呈現(xiàn)負(fù)的空間溢出效應(yīng)。最后,飼料供給因素中的玉米和大豆產(chǎn)量、加工能力中的乳品企業(yè)產(chǎn)值和乳品企業(yè)個(gè)數(shù)、需求與價(jià)格因素中的原奶價(jià)格空間效應(yīng)不顯著。
[Abstract]:With the industrialization of dairy industry and the flow of production factors, the regional pattern of dairy industry in China is undergoing profound changes. This paper reviews the 25-year history of dairy industry in China and summarizes the temporal and spatial characteristics of the evolution of regional pattern of dairy industry. On this basis, this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework from six angles of "policy factors-feed supply-processing capacity-demand and price-technological progress-social and economic conditions". Based on the panel data of 28 provinces in China from 2002 to 2014, the spatial Dubin model is introduced to empirically analyze the causes of the evolution of the regional pattern of dairy industry in China. The results of this paper show that: 1) in the past 25 years, the stock and milk yield of dairy cows in China have shown an upward trend; 2) the main dairy production areas in China have gradually evolved from Northeast, Northwest and South to Northeast, North China and Northwest China, and the dairy industry in North China has increased rapidly. 3) Spatial effects: first, the dairy cow yield in policy factors and technological progress factors showed a positive spatial spillover effect. Secondly, the demand factor shows a negative spatial spillover effect on the per capita disposable income of urban residents, and the annual total population and per capita GDP in the social and economic conditions. Finally, the yield of corn and soybean in feed supply factor, the output value of dairy enterprises and the number of dairy enterprises in processing capacity, and the spatial effect of raw milk price in demand and price factors are not significant.
