【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段中國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于政府大力扶持、利好政策不斷出臺(tái)、市場(chǎng)前景廣闊、新型技術(shù)要求高的階段。而環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)本身是一個(gè)跨專(zhuān)業(yè)、跨區(qū)域的綜合性較差學(xué)科,加之在中國(guó)發(fā)展較為滯后,環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)中許多領(lǐng)域正處于大力探索、不斷創(chuàng)新階段。因此,由于最初市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管合理性差、準(zhǔn)入門(mén)檻低、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格透明程度低、行業(yè)利潤(rùn)豐厚等特點(diǎn)使得一時(shí)間涌現(xiàn)出諸多的環(huán)保企業(yè)。而北京國(guó)電龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保工程有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為“龍?jiān)喘h(huán)�！�)作為中國(guó)國(guó)電集團(tuán)公司下屬企業(yè),從公司建立伊始直至目前都處于行業(yè)翹楚之地。然而,鑒于環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的巨大發(fā)展前景和諸多潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,如果龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保想要繼續(xù)保持行業(yè)龍頭的地位,甚至占領(lǐng)更多的市場(chǎng)份額,就必須緊隨時(shí)代步伐、落實(shí)相關(guān)政策、深入分析自身優(yōu)劣勢(shì)、制定出一套較之目前更加科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽?zhàn)略方針并堅(jiān)決貫徹。本文首先對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)電集團(tuán)公司、國(guó)電科技環(huán)保集團(tuán)股份有限公司、龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保的公司背景、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)范圍、組織構(gòu)成、市場(chǎng)占比、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等情況進(jìn)行初步介紹,進(jìn)而借鑒PEST分析模型對(duì)龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保所處宏觀(guān)環(huán)境(政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境)進(jìn)行分析;借鑒波特五力分析模型(同行業(yè)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者進(jìn)入的能力、替代品的替代能力、供應(yīng)商的討價(jià)還價(jià)能力、購(gòu)買(mǎi)者的討價(jià)還價(jià)能力)對(duì)公司所處微觀(guān)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析;隨后借鑒SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析模型對(duì)龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保管理戰(zhàn)略(優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、挑戰(zhàn))進(jìn)行分析,最后對(duì)可行性戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行整合分析,提出了適宜龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保未來(lái)10年(2018年—2027年)發(fā)展的新型優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略——“雙百,五化”。最后,為了保證該戰(zhàn)略能夠在實(shí)踐中經(jīng)得起考驗(yàn),戰(zhàn)略各部分內(nèi)容都得以順利實(shí)施,本文就優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略具體落實(shí)方面從時(shí)間、空間、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容等幾個(gè)角度做出了明確規(guī)劃,以實(shí)現(xiàn)將龍?jiān)喘h(huán)保發(fā)展為全國(guó)第一、世界一流的秉承可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則的環(huán)保企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:At present, China's environmental protection industry is in the stage of strong government support, favorable policies continue to be issued, market prospects are broad, new technology requirements are high. However, the environmental protection industry itself is a cross-professional, cross-regional comprehensive poor discipline, coupled with the lagging development in China, many fields of the environmental protection industry are in the stage of vigorous exploration and continuous innovation. Therefore, due to the poor rationality of market supervision, low entry threshold, low transparency of product prices and rich profits in the industry, many environmental protection enterprises have emerged at a time. Beijing Guodian Longyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longyuan Environmental Protection"), as a subsidiary of China Guodian Group Co., Ltd., has been in the forefront of the industry from the beginning of the establishment of the company. However, in view of the great development prospect and many potential competitiveness of the environmental protection industry, if Longyuan environmental protection wants to maintain the leading position of the industry and even occupy more market share, it must follow the pace of the times, implement the relevant policies, deeply analyze its own advantages and disadvantages, formulate a set of more scientific and rigorous strategic policies and resolutely implement them. This paper first introduces the background, main business scope, organization composition, market proportion and development strategy of China Guodian Group Company, Guodian Science and Technology Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., Longyuan Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., and then analyzes the macro environment (political environment, economic environment, social environment, technical environment) of Longyuan environmental protection by using PEST analysis model for reference. Referring to Porter's five-force analysis model (the competitiveness of the existing competitors in the same industry, the ability of potential competitors to enter, the substitution ability of substitutes, the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of purchasers), this paper analyzes the micro environment of the company. Then, using SWOT strategic analysis model for reference, this paper analyzes Longyuan's environmental protection management strategy (advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, challenges). Finally, it integrates and analyzes the feasible strategy, and puts forward a new optimization strategy suitable for Longyuan environmental protection development in the next 10 years (2018-2027). Finally, in order to ensure that the strategy can stand the test in practice, all parts of the strategy can be successfully implemented, this paper makes a clear plan from the aspects of time, space, goal, content and so on, in order to realize the development of Longyuan environmental protection as the first environmental protection enterprise in the country and the world class environmental protection enterprise adhering to the principle of sustainable development.
