【摘要】：大型石化項(xiàng)目的利益相關(guān)者眾多,項(xiàng)目業(yè)主如何選擇有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略應(yīng)對(duì)眾多的利益相關(guān)者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是大型石化項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究中的關(guān)鍵問題之一。本文從大型石化項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者的角度,對(duì)大型石化項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分類,探討了大型石化項(xiàng)目的利益相關(guān)者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與大型石化項(xiàng)目業(yè)主的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承受度之間的關(guān)系,并分析了大型石化項(xiàng)目的組織復(fù)雜性對(duì)兩者之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于大型石化項(xiàng)目,不同的項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與項(xiàng)目業(yè)主風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承受度之間的關(guān)系存在顯著差異,而項(xiàng)目的組織復(fù)雜性對(duì)兩者之間的關(guān)系起到顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:There are many stakeholders in large-scale petrochemical projects. It is one of the key issues in the research on risk management of large-scale petrochemical projects that how the project owners choose effective risk response strategies to deal with the risk of many stakeholders in large-scale petrochemical projects. This paper classifies the risks of large-scale petrochemical projects from the perspective of stakeholders of large-scale petrochemical projects, and discusses the relationship between stakeholder risks of large-scale petrochemical projects and the risk tolerance of owners of large-scale petrochemical projects. The regulating effect of the organizational complexity of large petrochemical projects on the relationship between them is also analyzed. The empirical results show that for large-scale petrochemical projects, there is a significant difference in the relationship between stakeholder risk and project owner's risk tolerance, and the organizational complexity of the project plays a significant role in regulating the relationship between the two.
