【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)民族進(jìn)步的靈魂,是一個(gè)國(guó)家興旺發(fā)達(dá)的不竭動(dòng)力。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處在全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期和深化改革開(kāi)放、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期,伴隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和科技人才的不斷涌現(xiàn),創(chuàng)新在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用越加凸顯。對(duì)于企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),創(chuàng)新是富含氧氣的新鮮血液,是企業(yè)的發(fā)展志愿。只有不斷的創(chuàng)新,才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,所謂“人無(wú)我有,人有我優(yōu),人有我新”正是這個(gè)道理。國(guó)家煙草總局引發(fā)了《煙草行業(yè)“十三五”科技創(chuàng)新規(guī)劃》,明確了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要目標(biāo)和任務(wù)。當(dāng)前,煙草行業(yè)面臨著“增長(zhǎng)速度回落、工商庫(kù)存增加、結(jié)構(gòu)空間變窄、需求‘拐點(diǎn)’逼近”四大難題,銷量增長(zhǎng)的利潤(rùn)空間受限,卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)要發(fā)展,不僅要依靠產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,更要依靠企業(yè)內(nèi)部的降本增效實(shí)現(xiàn)稅利目標(biāo)。卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)的設(shè)備是進(jìn)行卷煙生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ),在科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)不斷普及的情況下,煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)必須不斷提高設(shè)備創(chuàng)新水平,從而達(dá)到降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、獲取經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目的。本文闡述了Gf煙廠設(shè)備創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)以及存在的問(wèn)題和原因,以梗絲加料機(jī)熱風(fēng)濾網(wǎng)內(nèi)部清洗裝置的研制作為案例,分析Gf煙廠設(shè)備創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程及帶來(lái)的啟示,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出提升設(shè)備創(chuàng)新能力的對(duì)策建議。以期在理論層面,豐富并完善我國(guó)煙廠設(shè)備創(chuàng)新理論體系,為人們認(rèn)識(shí)我國(guó)煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)設(shè)備創(chuàng)新概況提供一些資料;在實(shí)踐層面,有利于發(fā)現(xiàn)煙廠設(shè)備創(chuàng)新中面臨的困難和問(wèn)題,不斷提高設(shè)備創(chuàng)新能力;做精做強(qiáng),提高我國(guó)煙草總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country. At present, China is in a critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening reform and opening up, speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development, along with the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous emergence of scientific and technological talents. Innovation plays an increasingly prominent role in the development of the national economy. For enterprises, innovation is the oxygen-rich fresh blood, is the development of enterprises. Only continuous innovation, in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, the so-called "people have me, people have me new" is precisely this truth. The State Tobacco Administration initiated the Science and Technology Innovation Plan of the 13th five-year Plan of Tobacco Industry, and made clear the main objectives and tasks of technological innovation. At present, the tobacco industry is faced with four difficult problems: falling growth rate, increasing industrial and commercial inventory, narrowing structural space, approaching demand 'inflection point', limiting profit space for sales growth, and cigarette industry enterprises to develop. We should not only rely on product innovation, but also rely on the internal cost reduction and efficiency to achieve the target of tax and profit. The equipment of cigarette industry enterprises is the foundation of cigarette production. With the rapid development of science and technology and the popularization of the Internet, tobacco industry enterprises must constantly improve the level of equipment innovation, so as to reduce the production cost. The purpose of improving the quality of products and obtaining economic benefits. This paper describes the present situation, characteristics, existing problems and reasons of equipment innovation in Gf tobacco plant. Taking the development of internal cleaning device for hot air filter of stem feeder as an example, this paper analyzes the process of equipment innovation in Gf tobacco plant and its enlightenment. On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the equipment innovation ability. In order to enrich and perfect the theoretical system of equipment innovation in tobacco factories in China, we hope to provide some information for people to understand the general situation of equipment innovation in tobacco industry enterprises in China. At the practical level, it is helpful to find out the difficulties and problems in the innovation of tobacco plant equipment, improve the capability of equipment innovation and improve the overall competitive strength of tobacco in China.
