化妝品互聯(lián)網(wǎng)跨境代購出現(xiàn)的問題及對策

【摘要】：近年來,由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)跨境代購交易非常靈活、國內(nèi)市場對化妝品的需求日益增加、國內(nèi)購買進(jìn)口化妝品價格較高,以及部分消費者存在虛榮消費心理等原因,使互聯(lián)網(wǎng)跨境代購如雨后春筍般發(fā)展起來。但是在這跨境代購熱潮的背后卻隱藏著許多問題,如產(chǎn)品真?zhèn)渭捌滟|(zhì)量難以辨別,售后服務(wù)得不到保障,代購商偷逃關(guān)稅,跨境物流成本較高,給消費者帶來了不少麻煩。為建立一個安全、守法、誠信、健康的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)跨境代購平臺,消費者應(yīng)樹立正確的消費理念,增強(qiáng)辨別真?zhèn)文芰驮鰪?qiáng)風(fēng)險防范與維權(quán)意識,同時應(yīng)加強(qiáng)法律監(jiān)管,建立海外倉庫。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the flexibility of cross-border purchasing transactions on the Internet, the increasing demand for cosmetics in the domestic market, the high price of domestic purchases of imported cosmetics, and the existence of vanity in some consumers, and so on, Let the Internet cross-border purchasing agents sprang up like bamboo shoots. But behind the cross-border purchasing boom, there are many problems, such as the product authenticity and its quality are difficult to distinguish, after-sales service is not guaranteed, purchasing agents evade tariffs, cross-border logistics costs are high, causing a lot of trouble to consumers. In order to establish a safe, law-abiding, honest and healthy cross-border purchasing platform on the Internet, consumers should set up a correct concept of consumption, enhance their ability to distinguish authenticity and enhance their awareness of risk prevention and rights protection, and at the same time strengthen legal supervision. Set up overseas warehouses.
