【摘要】："創(chuàng)新精神"是企業(yè)家精神的核心要素和靈魂,"責(zé)任精神"進(jìn)一步充實(shí)和完善了企業(yè)家精神的內(nèi)蘊(yùn),同時(shí)也為企業(yè)家精神引領(lǐng)下的企業(yè)踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任提出了理論上的要求。企業(yè)家精神對(duì)推進(jìn)煤炭企業(yè)系統(tǒng)化、制度化、規(guī)范化、自律的履行社會(huì)責(zé)任具有正面的促進(jìn)作用,在企業(yè)家精神引領(lǐng)下,煤炭企業(yè)應(yīng)滿足內(nèi)部、外部相關(guān)者利益,積極踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)和社會(huì)目標(biāo)的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The spirit of innovation is the core factor and soul of entrepreneurship. The spirit of responsibility further enriches and perfects the connotation of entrepreneurship, and also puts forward the theoretical requirements for enterprises under the guidance of entrepreneurship to practice social responsibility. Entrepreneurship plays a positive role in promoting the systematization, institutionalization, standardization and self-discipline of coal enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. Under the guidance of entrepreneurship, coal enterprises should meet the interests of internal and external stakeholders. Actively practice social responsibility to achieve the unity of economic and social objectives of the enterprise.
