【摘要】：采用DEA模型的Malmquist指數(shù)方法測度了2000—2013年湖北省工業(yè)綠色全要素生產率.結果表明:湖北省工業(yè)綠色全要素生產率處于緩慢增長狀態(tài),其增長率約為6.7%,且主要是工業(yè)綠色技術進步推動.然后選取2000—2013年的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),基于VAR模型運用廣義脈沖響應函數(shù)和方差分解分析了湖北省工業(yè)綠色TFP的主要影響因素.結果表明:城市化率對工業(yè)綠色TFP增長短期具有顯著作用,長期趨于穩(wěn)定;產業(yè)結構及科研創(chuàng)新對于工業(yè)綠色TFP增長短期促進作用較弱,但從長期來看2者是工業(yè)綠色發(fā)展和轉型的重要驅動力.
[Abstract]:The green total factor productivity (TFP) of Hubei Province from 2000 to 2013 was measured by using the Malmquist index method of DEA model. The results show that the industrial green total factor productivity in Hubei Province is in a slow growth state, the growth rate is about 6.7%, and the progress of industrial green technology is mainly driven by the progress of industrial green technology. Then the statistical data from 2000 to 2013 are selected and the main influencing factors of industrial green TFP in Hubei province are analyzed by means of generalized impulse response function and variance decomposition based on VAR model. The results show that the urbanization rate plays a significant role in the short-term growth of industrial green TFP and tends to be stable in the long run. Industrial structure and scientific research innovation play a weak role in the short-term promotion of industrial green TFP growth, but in the long run, they are the important driving forces of industrial green development and transformation.
