【摘要】：隨著中國的社會老齡化程度越來越高,醫(yī)療器械行業(yè),特別是醫(yī)用塑料制品,成為了朝陽行業(yè)。其原材料——醫(yī)用PVC粒料市場在未來的五到十年時間進入了一個最佳的高速發(fā)展階段,并成為投資熱點。但由于項目具有投資金額大,投資回收期較長,以及有一定市場風險等特點,因此,迫切需要對該類項目進行投資分析。本文以高端醫(yī)用聚氯乙烯粒料項目為研究對象,分析了該項目的購地選址、土建、公用工程、主要設(shè)備等投資估算。然后測算了原料、動力、折舊、人工等成本。并推算出了項目的收入、利潤等經(jīng)濟效益,同時計算和分析了項目的現(xiàn)金流量、內(nèi)部收益率、凈現(xiàn)值、投資回收期經(jīng)濟性指標。最后,進行了項目盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析。本文的研究有助于優(yōu)化項目的投資方案,為項目決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With China's aging society, medical device industry, especially medical plastic products, has become the sunrise industry. In the next five to ten years, its raw material, medical PVC granular market, has entered an optimal stage of rapid development and has become an investment hot spot. But because the project has the characteristics of large investment amount, long payback period and certain market risk, it is urgent to carry out investment analysis for this kind of project. This paper takes the high-end medical polyvinyl chloride granular project as the research object, and analyzes the investment estimation of the project's land purchase site, civil construction, public works, main equipment and so on. Then calculate the raw materials, power, depreciation, labor and other costs. At the same time, the paper calculates and analyzes the cash flow, the internal rate of return, the net present value, and the economic index of the investment payback period. Finally, the break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis are carried out. The research in this paper is helpful to optimize the investment scheme of the project and provide the basis for the project decision.
