【摘要】：介紹了煤炭集團(tuán)通過實(shí)施大宗物資統(tǒng)一供應(yīng),充分發(fā)揮內(nèi)部協(xié)同,有效降低了采購成本,并通過建立市場化管理體系加以規(guī)范運(yùn)作。同時(shí),探討了基于關(guān)鍵創(chuàng)效途徑識(shí)別和計(jì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)效方法,為煤炭企業(yè)提質(zhì)增效提供了一種有效的管理方法。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces that the coal group can effectively reduce the purchasing cost by implementing the unified supply of large quantities of materials, give full play to the internal coordination, and standardize the operation through the establishment of the market-oriented management system. At the same time, the cooperative method based on key ways to identify and measure statistics is discussed, which provides an effective management method for coal enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.
