BJ醫(yī)療設(shè)備股份有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:With the improvement of social health awareness, the medical device industry has developed rapidly. The 13th Five-Year Plan period, as an important historical opportunity period of medical device industry, will have a great influence on the further development of medical device industry in China. In such a political, economic, cultural background, BJ's medical equipment industry has a great development prospects. Founded in 1996, is engaged in medical device research and development, production and sales of enterprises. At present, BJ faces many development opportunities, but also faces fierce competition pressure among medical device enterprises. We need to find the right way forward in order to achieve sustainable development. The main purpose of this paper is to make a feasible development strategy for BJ Company, make clear the situation, integrate the resources and make use of the opportunity, so that the future development direction of the company can be clarified and optimized. The first chapter introduces the background, significance, contents and methods of the thesis. The second chapter is the related theory of enterprise development strategy research. Chapter 3 is the analysis of the development strategy environment, the analysis of the internal environment of BJ company, the analysis of the external environment by using the PEST analysis method, the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the opportunities and threats faced by the company by using the SWOT method. Chapter 4 is the formulation of the development strategy, which is based on the previous environmental analysis. Combining with the vision and development strategy of the company, the development strategy of BJ company is selected, so that the BJ company can give full play to its own advantages. Grasp the development opportunity tightly, in order to realize the development strategy goal, determined the development strategy key point. Chapter 5 puts forward the implementation process of the development strategy, and establishes the safeguard measures to make the development strategy carry out effectively.
