【摘要】：為適應(yīng)二次創(chuàng)業(yè)和市場(chǎng)化轉(zhuǎn)型需求,北京航天長(zhǎng)征飛行器研究所持續(xù)開(kāi)展經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式創(chuàng)新,以信息技術(shù)為依托,以科研經(jīng)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)為平臺(tái),努力打通現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)流,整合項(xiàng)目、報(bào)價(jià)、預(yù)算、經(jīng)費(fèi)等經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù),打造經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)采集和共享平臺(tái),為管理層提供發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的途徑與解決問(wèn)題的方法,為后續(xù)科研生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛厘清思路、找準(zhǔn)方向。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the second pioneering and market-oriented transformation, the Beijing long March aircraft Research Institute has continuously carried out business management model innovation, relying on information technology, taking scientific research management system as the platform, and making efforts to open up the existing economic data flow. Integrate economic data, such as project, quotation, budget, funds and so on, create a platform for collecting and sharing economic data, provide management with ways to find and solve problems, and clarify ideas for the subsequent transformation and upgrading of scientific research and production and economic takeoff. Find the right direction.
