我國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:In the complicated environment at home and abroad, if we want to grasp the initiative in the international market, we must hold onto the "cow's nose" of innovation, rely on innovation to drive economic development and promote economic transformation and upgrading. Determine the important position of innovation in the overall development of the country. Innovation is the first driving force to lead development. As an important carrier to ensure that the economy is closely connected with science and technology, enterprises need to strengthen their awareness of innovation, increase their investment in R & D, and actively participate in projects that carry out scientific and technological innovation activities. Improve the efficiency of technological innovation, improve the transformation rate of technological innovation achievements, and achieve the strategic goal of innovation driven development. At present, the economy of our country has stepped into the "new normal" of medium and high speed development from the period of high speed development. With the high attention paid by the Party Central Committee to innovation, the upsurge of innovation has been set off throughout the country, giving play to the main position of technological innovation in enterprises. It is imperative to integrate innovation into the overall situation of enterprise management and development, so as to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises. Up to 2014, the number of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises with RD activities in China has reached 21858, an increase of 3.18 times compared with 2005. The investment of manpower, material resources and financial resources has shown a sustained growth trend, but compared with developed countries, The investment in technological innovation of industrial enterprises in our country is far from enough, and the overall level of technological innovation is on the low side in the process of development. Therefore, this paper takes the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises as the research object, and evaluates and analyzes the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of technological innovation in industrial enterprises, and on this basis, constructs an evaluation system of technological innovation, and selects input and output indicators suitable for China's national conditions. By using DEA analysis method, this paper makes a comparative study on the comprehensive efficiency of technological innovation of industrial enterprises in various parts of China from static and dynamic aspects, and then puts forward the direction and strength of improvement. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the technological innovation activities of industrial enterprises in our country are not enough, the regional differences of technological innovation efficiency are obvious, and the phenomenon of waste of input resources is serious. On this basis, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions which can effectively promote the efficiency level of technological innovation in China.
