【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,特別是工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物。重度污染企業(yè)的集聚現(xiàn)象是經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律運(yùn)行的必然結(jié)果,同時(shí)也對集聚地區(qū)的環(huán)境生態(tài)帶來更加沉重的壓力負(fù)擔(dān)。文章在1998年-2008年中國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫提供的原始數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,參照EllisionGlaeser 1997的行業(yè)集聚度指標(biāo),在省級層面上,測算中國重度污染行業(yè)2000年、2003年、2006年、2007年四年的集聚程度及其演化。文章發(fā)現(xiàn),整體來看中國重度污染行業(yè)在考察期內(nèi)有著集聚加劇的現(xiàn)象,地理布局的集中進(jìn)一步惡化了中國的環(huán)境狀況。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration is the inevitable outcome of economic development, especially industrialization and urbanization. The agglomeration of heavily polluted enterprises is the inevitable result of the operation of economic laws, and it also brings a heavier pressure to the environment and ecology of the agglomeration area. Based on the original data provided by China's industrial database over scale from 1998 to 2008, and referring to the index of industry concentration of EllisionGlaeser 1997, this paper calculates the heavy pollution industry in China in 2000, 2003, 2006 at the provincial level. Four years of agglomeration and its evolution in 2007. It is found that the agglomeration of China's heavily polluted industries has intensified during the period of investigation, and the concentration of geographical distribution has further worsened the environmental situation in China.
