O電梯公司庫存管理的研究

【摘要】:O電梯公司是世界上最大的電梯公司,150年來一直處于行業(yè)領(lǐng)先地位。O電梯品牌目前已經(jīng)發(fā)往全世界200多個國家,并且主導(dǎo)著超高層建筑市場的競爭。這些地標性建筑定制化程度高,相應(yīng)的非標準部件來源于世界各地的供應(yīng)商,其中包含上千個長周期部件。由于市場對于服務(wù)滿意度的要求越來越高,因此這對現(xiàn)有的庫存管理模式提出了更高的要求,以滿足市場的需求。本文研究的目的是為了使O電梯公司更加適應(yīng)市場增長的需要,對現(xiàn)有企業(yè)庫存管理中的問題提出并分析出現(xiàn)的原因,提出解決方案,以提高管理水平。首先,對于產(chǎn)成品信息不完備的問題,要求對于庫存管理進行優(yōu)化改進。通過條碼技術(shù)來進行信息采集,增加目前管理中缺失數(shù)據(jù)的自動化采集,并彌補傳統(tǒng)庫存控制的信息缺失和手工誤差,提高供應(yīng)鏈的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞的準確性和效率。其次,對于半成品庫存與實際需求匹配度低的問題,應(yīng)用物料需求計劃(MRP)及準時生產(chǎn)(JIT)兩者相結(jié)合的方式在O電梯公司中應(yīng)用,兩者優(yōu)劣互補的模式給企業(yè)帶來柔性化的庫存管理成效,緩解現(xiàn)有半成品庫存占用資金和庫位的壓力。最后,對于原材料庫存不足或過剩的問題,對O電梯公司現(xiàn)有庫存管理流程中存在的問題進行分析,采用VMI模式對于庫存管理模式進行優(yōu)化,減少浪費,從而更好的滿足客戶需求,獲取更多的市場占有率。
[Abstract]:O Elevator Company is the world's largest elevator company, has been in the industry leading position for 150 years. O elevator brand has been sent to more than 200 countries around the world, and dominates the competition in the super high-rise building market. These landmarks are highly customized and the corresponding non-standard components come from suppliers around the world and contain thousands of long-term components. Since the market demands higher and higher service satisfaction, it puts forward higher requirements to the existing inventory management model to meet the market demand. The purpose of this paper is to make O elevator company more adapt to the need of market growth, put forward and analyze the reasons of the existing enterprise inventory management problems, put forward the solution to improve the management level. First of all, for the problem of incomplete information of finished products, the inventory management should be optimized and improved. Through barcode technology to collect information, to increase the automatic collection of missing data in current management, and to make up for the lack of information and manual error of traditional inventory control, and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data transmission in supply chain. Secondly, for the problem of low matching degree between semi-finished product inventory and actual demand, the combination of (MRP) and (JIT) is applied in O elevator company. The two complementary modes bring flexible inventory management effect to enterprises, and relieve the pressure of existing semi-finished goods inventory to occupy capital and storage position. Finally, for the shortage or surplus of raw material inventory, the existing problems in the inventory management process of O elevator company are analyzed. The VMI mode is adopted to optimize the inventory management mode to reduce waste. In order to better meet customer needs, to obtain more market share.
