BZYC公司績(jī)效管理體系優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid pace of economic globalization, market competition is becoming more and more fierce. In order to overcome the low efficiency brought by monopoly, China's tobacco industry is introducing some modern enterprise management methods, including performance management, to effectively stimulate the potential of employees, improve the efficiency of enterprises, and realize the long-term development goals of enterprises. The application of these management means makes the internal management of Chinese tobacco industry more and more standardized, and its efficiency and benefit continue to grow. However, as performance management has just begun, domestic enterprises, especially in tobacco enterprises, have not enough successful experience to learn from, most enterprises lack a complete performance management system. Based on the theoretical research results of performance management at home and abroad, this study studies the current situation of performance management in BZYC Company, finds out the problems, analyzes the reasons and finds out the countermeasures. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, using the objective management method and the key performance index method, the strategic objectives of the enterprise are decomposed into the specific work objectives of the department and the individual employees, and the key performance indicators are extracted, respectively. The weights and evaluation criteria of the indicators are improved and the performance plan, performance implementation, performance appraisal, performance feedback and application of results are optimized. In order to ensure the effective and smooth implementation of performance management, it also consummates the related security mechanisms, including organizational security, personnel security, system guarantee, tracking and feedback mechanism security and corporate culture guarantee. In a word, based on the original performance management of BZYC Company, the thesis designs a new scheme and constructs a more complete and systematic performance management system, which provides concrete and effective guidance for the future performance management of BZYC Company. It also provides reference and reference for the performance management of other tobacco commercial enterprises.
