企業(yè)管理視角下的制造業(yè)“民工荒”

【摘要】:在制造業(yè)企業(yè)普遍缺工背景下,部分企業(yè)不缺工說明農(nóng)民工務(wù)工選擇的傾向性。提出創(chuàng)建雇主品牌對(duì)制造業(yè)傳統(tǒng)用工模式革新。雇主品牌以培養(yǎng)員工忠誠(chéng)為目標(biāo),要滿足新生代農(nóng)民工管理期望,要求企業(yè)誠(chéng)信招聘、管理公平和提高管理溝通的有效性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of general shortage of workers in manufacturing enterprises, some enterprises do not lack jobs to explain the tendency of migrant workers to choose. It is proposed to create employer brand to innovate the traditional employment mode of manufacturing industry. The goal of employer brand is to cultivate employee loyalty. In order to meet the management expectations of the new generation of migrant workers, it is necessary for enterprises to recruit in good faith, to manage fairly and to improve the effectiveness of management communication.
