【摘要】：在售電市場開放的環(huán)境下,為獲取最大社會效益,把售電公司參與市場競價(jià)的行為與其內(nèi)部的多類型柔性負(fù)荷管理有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,建立兩階段優(yōu)化模型,第1階段是售電公司參與市場競價(jià),第2階段是在第1階段基礎(chǔ)上售電公司對內(nèi)部多類型柔性負(fù)荷的管理。為配合獲取最大社會效益,得到最小柔性負(fù)荷補(bǔ)償費(fèi)用,售電公司對內(nèi)部用電客戶柔性負(fù)荷的中斷費(fèi)用、轉(zhuǎn)移費(fèi)用和激勵(lì)費(fèi)用組成的目標(biāo)函數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化管理。實(shí)際算例采用遺傳算法(genetic algorithm,GA),以IEEE 14節(jié)點(diǎn)測試系統(tǒng)為例驗(yàn)證該模型有效提高了社會整體效益。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the maximum social benefit in the open power market environment, a two-stage optimization model is established by organically combining the bidding behavior of the power sale company with its multi-type flexible load management. The first stage is that the power sale company participates in the market bidding, the second stage is the management of the internal multi-type flexible load on the basis of the first stage. In order to obtain the maximum social benefit and obtain the minimum flexible load compensation cost, the power sale company optimizes the management of the objective function composed of the interruption cost, the transfer cost and the incentive cost of the flexible load of the internal customers. Genetic algorithm (genetic algorithm,GA) is used as a practical example, and the IEEE 14-bus test system is taken as an example to verify that the model can effectively improve the overall social benefit.
