【摘要】：建筑市場信用問題一直受到社會各界關(guān)注,施工企業(yè)信用缺失行為破壞正常市場秩序,增加交易成本,降低資源配置率。建立施工企業(yè)信用評價體系,可規(guī)范施工企業(yè)作業(yè)行為,營造良好信用氛圍,確保建筑產(chǎn)品高質(zhì)高量,對推動社會信用體系建設(shè)具有重要意義。目前并沒有統(tǒng)一的施工企業(yè)評價體系,現(xiàn)有評價體系不夠完善和系統(tǒng)。鑒于此,以施工企業(yè)信用評價為研究對象,基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,結(jié)合理論與數(shù)據(jù)分析,甄選信用評價指標(biāo),完善信用評價體系。首先,基于國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)研究,梳理施工企業(yè)信用概念、評價原則。分析具有代表性省市施工企業(yè)信用評價體系建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,指出現(xiàn)有信用評價體系的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。其次,確立評價指標(biāo)體系。對比現(xiàn)有評價指標(biāo)體系,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)研究篩選的指標(biāo),初步選取信用評價指標(biāo)。通過問卷調(diào)查與數(shù)據(jù)分析,優(yōu)化指標(biāo)體系,最終確立企業(yè)情況等5個一級指標(biāo),企業(yè)資質(zhì)等20個二級指標(biāo),并簡述各級指標(biāo)主要評價內(nèi)容。最后,構(gòu)建評價模型,進(jìn)行案例實(shí)證分析。簡述結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的定義和優(yōu)點(diǎn),建立理論模型。通過實(shí)證問卷調(diào)研,結(jié)合指標(biāo)體系與數(shù)據(jù)分析,依據(jù)MI修正系數(shù)對模型進(jìn)行修正,得到擬合度較好的評價模型。依據(jù)模型的路徑系數(shù),得出各級指標(biāo)權(quán)重系數(shù),進(jìn)行案例實(shí)證分析,結(jié)論是模型的實(shí)用性和有效性得到驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:The credit problem of construction market has been concerned by all walks of life. The lack of credit behavior of construction enterprises destroys the normal market order, increases the transaction cost and reduces the allocation rate of resources. The establishment of credit evaluation system for construction enterprises can standardize the operation behavior of construction enterprises, create a good credit atmosphere and ensure the high quality and quantity of construction products, which is of great significance to promote the construction of social credit system. At present, there is no unified evaluation system for construction enterprises, and the existing evaluation system is not perfect and systematic. In view of this, taking the credit evaluation of construction enterprises as the research object, based on the structural equation model, combining the theory and data analysis, select the credit evaluation index, perfect the credit evaluation system. First of all, based on domestic and foreign literature research, combing construction enterprise credit concept, evaluation principles. This paper analyzes the present situation of construction enterprise credit evaluation system in representative provinces and cities, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing credit evaluation system. Secondly, establish the evaluation index system. Compared with the existing evaluation index system, combined with the literature research screening indicators, the preliminary selection of credit evaluation indicators. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis, the paper optimizes the index system, and finally establishes 5 first-class indexes such as enterprise situation and 20 second-level indexes such as enterprise qualification, and briefly describes the main evaluation contents of the indexes at all levels. Finally, the evaluation model is constructed, and the case study is carried out. The definition and advantages of structural equation model are briefly introduced, and the theoretical model is established. Through the empirical questionnaire investigation, combined with the index system and data analysis, the model was revised according to the MI correction coefficient, and the evaluation model with good fitting degree was obtained. According to the path coefficient of the model, the index weight coefficient at all levels is obtained, and the case study is carried out. The conclusion is that the practicability and validity of the model are verified.
