【摘要】：《對外貿(mào)易法》是我國為了幫助企業(yè)適應(yīng)當(dāng)前國際化經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭環(huán)境而提出的對外貿(mào)易體制法律法規(guī),自從2001年我國加入WTO之后,對外貿(mào)易金額就在不斷高速增長當(dāng)中,時至今日,已經(jīng)成為了我國GDP不可或缺的一部分。為了讓我國的企業(yè)在對外貿(mào)易中有著更加安全與公平的競爭環(huán)境,政府出臺了許多優(yōu)惠政策,其中《對外貿(mào)易法》就是政府對外貿(mào)易促進(jìn)政策中最重要的一項,《對外貿(mào)易法》的出臺讓我國企業(yè)進(jìn)入到國際市場當(dāng)中有了更可靠的保障,將企業(yè)的帶入高速發(fā)展當(dāng)中。茶葉企業(yè)是我國的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)類別,相較于先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)型國際化企業(yè),茶葉企業(yè)走向國際市場的道路更加艱難,但是依靠我國上千年的茶葉文化底蘊(yùn)以及《對外貿(mào)易法》對于茶葉企業(yè)對外貿(mào)易的大力支持,茶葉企業(yè)只要能夠擁有正確可靠的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與實施方針,就可以開拓國家市場。本文通過對《對外貿(mào)易法》給我國茶葉企業(yè)帶來促進(jìn)作用進(jìn)行分析,并研究其帶給我國茶葉企業(yè)的意義。
[Abstract]:The Foreign Trade Law is a foreign trade law and regulation proposed by our country to help enterprises adapt to the current international economic competition environment. Since our country joined the WTO in 2001, the amount of foreign trade has been increasing at a high speed. Nowadays, it has become an indispensable part of GDP in our country. In order for Chinese enterprises to have a safer and fairer environment for competition in foreign trade, the government has issued many preferential policies, among which the Foreign Trade Law is the most important one of the government's foreign trade promotion policies. The introduction of the Foreign Trade Law provides a more reliable guarantee for Chinese enterprises to enter the international market and bring them into the rapid development. Tea enterprises are the traditional types of enterprises in our country. Compared with the advanced international enterprises of science and technology, the road of tea enterprises to the international market is more difficult. However, depending on the cultural background of tea in our country for thousands of years and the great support of the Foreign Trade Law for the foreign trade of tea enterprises, tea enterprises can open up the national market as long as they have correct and reliable strategic objectives and implementation policies. This paper analyzes the promoting effect of Foreign Trade Law on Chinese tea enterprises and studies its significance to Chinese tea enterprises.
