【摘要】：在21世紀(jì)新一輪產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和科技革命的大趨勢(shì)中,戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)占據(jù)了關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域和主導(dǎo)地位,為我國(guó)新動(dòng)能的培育和發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)注入新的活力和獲得新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)奠定了長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。在全球科技革命的重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,我國(guó)對(duì)復(fù)合材料推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展抱以巨大的希望,技術(shù)的更新和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展已越來(lái)越依賴新材料的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用。碳纖維復(fù)合材料作為新材料中最被看好的材料之一,已成為近年來(lái)各國(guó)專家學(xué)者研究探討的對(duì)象,其中,碳纖維戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)及動(dòng)力機(jī)制也是我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界重要的議題之一。本文首先介紹了各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨重壓的形勢(shì)下,碳纖維戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的背景與意義,對(duì)碳纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)及其特征進(jìn)行概念界定,介紹了相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)和國(guó)內(nèi)外碳纖維發(fā)展和成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力的研究現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)一步分析我國(guó)碳纖維戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)碳纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)力不足問(wèn)題探究產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)主體及動(dòng)力因子,并利用層次分析法對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展推動(dòng)主體進(jìn)行重要性排序,進(jìn)而對(duì)動(dòng)力因子進(jìn)行重要性總排序,最后對(duì)碳纖維戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建并提出具體的提升策略。
[Abstract]:In the new round of industrial transformation and upgrading in the 21st century and the general trend of science and technology revolution, the strategic emerging industries have occupied the key field and the leading position, which is the cultivation and development of the new kinetic energy of our country. Economic injection of new vitality and gain a new competitive advantage laid the foundation for long-term development. In the important strategic opportunity period of the global scientific and technological revolution, our country holds great hope for the composite materials to promote the development of national economy. The renewal of technology and the development of economy are more and more dependent on the development and utilization of new materials. As one of the most promising materials in the new materials, carbon fiber composites (CFRP) have been studied by experts and scholars all over the world in recent years. The growth and dynamic mechanism of carbon fiber strategic emerging industry is also one of the important topics in Chinese academic circles. This paper first introduces the background and significance of carbon fiber strategic emerging industry in China's economic development under the situation of heavy economic pressure, and defines the concept of carbon fiber industry and its characteristics. This paper introduces the relevant theoretical basis and the research status of carbon fiber development and growth power at home and abroad, and further analyzes the development process, development status and problems in the development of China's carbon fiber strategic emerging industry. According to the problem of insufficient power of carbon fiber industry development, this paper probes into the main body and power factor of industry development, and makes use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to rank the importance of the main body of industry development, and then carries on the overall ranking of the importance of the power factor. Finally, the dynamic system of carbon fiber strategic emerging industry is constructed and the specific promotion strategy is put forward.
