【摘要】：本文主要從投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)角度,通過(guò)剖析地面光伏電站及分布式光伏電站兩個(gè)案例,結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行光伏發(fā)電資產(chǎn)證券化融資的可行性分析、優(yōu)劣分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析以及具體產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)等,探討如何有效解決光伏發(fā)電資產(chǎn)證券化融資所面臨的問(wèn)題,并最終使發(fā)行人實(shí)現(xiàn)融資的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of investment banking, this paper analyzes the feasibility of securitization of photovoltaic power generation assets by analyzing the two cases of ground photovoltaic power station and distributed photovoltaic power station, combining with the present situation of our country, and analyzes the merits and demerits of the securitization. Through risk analysis and product design, this paper discusses how to effectively solve the problems faced by photovoltaic power generation asset securitization financing, and finally make the issuer realize the goal of financing.
