JN煙草公司采購管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】：隨著近年來的企業(yè)發(fā)展,JN煙草公司的采購種類不斷增加,采購工作牽涉面越來越廣、精益化程度要求越來越高、工作流程越來越復(fù)雜。如果內(nèi)控機(jī)制不完善,就會導(dǎo)致不規(guī)范行為的發(fā)生,嚴(yán)重影響采購工作效率,進(jìn)而影響企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。本研究通過對JN煙草公司采購管理的分析研討,希望能夠?qū)ν七M(jìn)煙草行業(yè)的采購精益合理化,降低企業(yè)的采購成本,提升企業(yè)競爭力有借鑒意義。本文以JN煙草公司為例,采用調(diào)查研究、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)、比較分析的方法,對其采購管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面分析,進(jìn)而提出了相關(guān)優(yōu)化策略。首先本文明確了研究的目的、背景、研究方法和意義。并對采購管理理論、供應(yīng)鏈理論及采購管理影響因素和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,為論文下一步寫作做好了準(zhǔn)備。其次,本文對JN煙草公司現(xiàn)狀、采購管理情況和采購制度和流程進(jìn)行全面分析,找出了其存在的問題和原因。然后本文利用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法,邀請相關(guān)專家對JN煙草公司采購管理工作進(jìn)行了評價分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,明確了公司采購管理的優(yōu)化的必要性和可行性,而后制定了優(yōu)化的原則,進(jìn)而提出在組織結(jié)構(gòu)、采購流程、信息系統(tǒng)、采購方式方面的優(yōu)化措施,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了制度建設(shè)、思想認(rèn)識、監(jiān)督體系、考核體系的保障措施,最后分析了優(yōu)化的預(yù)期作用。本文通過對JN煙草公司采購管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,為公司建立起一套科學(xué)合理、具有實際操作性和可行性的采購管理戰(zhàn)略體系,從而為以后該公司在采購管理方面的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化提供幫助,同時也可為行業(yè)內(nèi)其他公司提供采購管理的優(yōu)化思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprises in recent years, the types of procurement of JN Tobacco Company are increasing, the procurement work is more and more extensive, the lean degree is more and more demanding, and the workflow is becoming more and more complex. If the internal control mechanism is not perfect, it will lead to the occurrence of non-standard behavior, seriously affect the efficiency of procurement, and then affect the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. By analyzing the purchasing management of JN Tobacco Company, this study hopes that it can be used for reference to promote the procurement lean rationalization of tobacco industry, reduce the purchasing cost of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes JN Tobacco Company as an example, adopts the methods of investigation, experience summary and comparative analysis, makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of its purchasing management, and then puts forward the relevant optimization strategies. First of all, the purpose, background, research method and significance of the research are defined in this paper. The paper also analyzes the purchase management theory, supply chain theory, the influencing factors of purchasing management and related literature, which makes a good preparation for the next writing of the paper. Secondly, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status quo, procurement management, procurement system and process of JN Tobacco Company, and finds out the existing problems and reasons. Then, by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper invites relevant experts to evaluate and analyze the procurement management work of JN tobacco company. On this basis, the necessity and feasibility of the optimization of the company's procurement management are clarified, and then the optimization principles are formulated, and the optimization measures in the aspects of organizational structure, procurement process, information system, and procurement methods are put forward. On this basis, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of system construction, ideological understanding, supervision system and examination system, and finally analyzes the expected function of optimization. Based on the analysis of the current purchasing management situation of JN Tobacco Company, this paper sets up a set of scientific, reasonable, practical and feasible purchasing management strategy system for the company. So it can help the further optimization of purchasing management in the future, and at the same time, it can also provide the optimized thinking of purchasing management for other companies in the industry.
