【摘要】：自2005年以來,煤礦企業(yè)事故發(fā)生起數(shù)及死亡人數(shù)均呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,但是煤炭行業(yè)中仍有重特大惡性事故發(fā)生。根據(jù)國內(nèi)外大量統(tǒng)計(jì)資料表明,煤炭企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)事故發(fā)生的主要原因是員工的不安全行為,而員工的不安全行為在實(shí)際工作中是相互影響,相互傳播的,而這種傳播行為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大了煤礦安全隱患的存在。在煤礦安全生產(chǎn)中,員工自身的安全知識和技能水平、安全意識等自身因素,企業(yè)安全氛圍、安全規(guī)章制度、群體其他成員影響程度等外部因素都對煤礦員工不安全行為傳播有一定的影響。因此,本選題基于煤礦實(shí)際的安全生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀,對煤礦員工的不安全行為傳播問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的研究,了解清楚煤礦員工不安全行為傳播的影響因素及傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基本情況,對于控制煤礦員工不安全行為的傳播尤為重要。本研究的核心部分首先根據(jù)閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料設(shè)計(jì)煤礦員工不安全行為傳播影響因素的訪談提綱,并根據(jù)訪談結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)煤礦員工不安全行為傳播影響因素的調(diào)查問卷。根據(jù)收集整理的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS20.0和AMOS21.0對煤礦員工不安全行為傳播的影響因素進(jìn)行定量分析,構(gòu)建煤礦員工不安全行為傳播及其各類影響因素的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,驗(yàn)證各類影響因素與煤礦員工不安全行為傳播的相關(guān)性假設(shè)。第二是通過群體行為學(xué)分析煤礦員工不安全行為傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)的復(fù)雜性,并運(yùn)用Matlab軟件通過仿真構(gòu)建基于小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的煤礦員工不安全行為傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò),根據(jù)所構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特征值確定煤礦員工不安全行為傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有小世界特性。最后,將煤礦員工不安全行為傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)中所涉及的不安全行為傳播者的影響力、不安全行為接受者的接受能力等參數(shù)帶入到模型中,對煤礦員工不安行為傳播進(jìn)行仿真與分析。第三是通過對煤礦員工不安全行為傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的仿真與分析結(jié)果,基于煤礦員工不安全行為傳播影響因素與行為矯正理論提出煤礦員工不安全行為傳播控制措施。最后是總結(jié)研究結(jié)果,給出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:Since 2005, the number of accidents and the number of deaths in coal enterprises have declined, but there are still some serious and serious accidents in the coal industry. According to a large number of statistical data at home and abroad, the main cause of coal enterprise safety accidents is the unsafe behavior of employees, and the unsafe behavior of employees affects and spreads with each other in actual work. And this kind of spread behavior further expands the existence of the hidden danger of coal mine safety. In the coal mine safety production, the staff own safety knowledge and skill level, the safety consciousness and so on own factor, the enterprise safety atmosphere, the safety rules and regulations, Other external factors, such as the degree of influence of other members of the group, have a certain impact on the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. Therefore, based on the actual situation of coal mine safety production management, this paper systematically studies the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees, and understands the influencing factors of the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees and the basic situation of the communication network. It is particularly important to control the spread of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. The core part of this study is to design the interview outline of the influencing factors of unsafe behavior communication of coal mine employees according to the reading of relevant documents, and design the questionnaire of influencing factors of unsafe behavior communication of coal mine employees according to the interview results. According to the survey data collected and collated, the factors influencing the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees are quantitatively analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0, and the structural equation model of the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees and its various influencing factors is constructed. Verify the correlation hypothesis between various influencing factors and the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. The second is to analyze the complexity of the communication network of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees through group behavior, and use Matlab software to construct the communication network of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees based on small-world network model. According to the characteristic value of the constructed network, it is determined that the communication network of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees has the characteristics of small world. Finally, the influence of unsafe behavior communicator and the acceptance ability of unsafe behavior are brought into the model to simulate and analyze the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. Thirdly, through the simulation and analysis of the network model of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees, based on the influencing factors of the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees and the theory of behavior correction, the measures to control the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees are put forward. Finally, it summarizes the research results and gives some reasonable suggestions.
