SJ公司人力資源規(guī)劃與執(zhí)行保障研究

【摘要】:當代公司管理是以人為中心的管理,人是知識、信息、技術等資源的載體,因此人力資源可以稱的上是公司最珍貴的資源。在現(xiàn)代公司管理中,人力資源規(guī)劃越來越顯示出其重要作用。本研究主要是針對SJ公司人力資源管理規(guī)劃的當前狀況以及存在的一些不足進行研究討論,找出解決的辦法,對SJ公司的人力資源規(guī)劃工作進行進一步的優(yōu)化改進。本文分為五部分;谌肆Y源規(guī)劃理論,在對國內外研究成果進行回顧后客觀闡述SJ公司人力資源及其管理現(xiàn)狀,并對SJ公司人力資源規(guī)劃的環(huán)境進行分析。在明確了SJ公司人力資源規(guī)劃的原則和目標之后,對SJ公司人力資源需求和供給情況進行了預測,在此基礎上從人才招聘規(guī)劃,培訓開發(fā)規(guī)劃,考核與激勵規(guī)劃,人力資源流動規(guī)劃,企業(yè)文化規(guī)劃五個方面提出了SJ公司人力資源規(guī)劃的具體內容。最后提出了SJ公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的執(zhí)行與保障,關于規(guī)劃的執(zhí)行步驟主要從為規(guī)劃的實施提供群眾基礎和支持力量,制定更具體更可行的實施計劃,提升規(guī)劃執(zhí)行力,規(guī)劃評價機制,確保戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃實施和戰(zhàn)略調整等方面展開論述,關于SJ公司人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的保障措施主要從技術保障、制度保障、溝通保障、文化保障四個方面展開論述。
[Abstract]:Contemporary corporate management is people-centered management, human is the carrier of knowledge, information, technology and other resources, so human resources can be said to be the most precious resources of the company. In the modern company management, the human resources planning has shown its important function more and more. The purpose of this study is to study and discuss the current situation and shortcomings of human resource management planning in SJ Company, find out the solution, and further optimize and improve the human resource planning work of SJ Company. This paper is divided into five parts. Based on the theory of human resource planning, after reviewing the research results at home and abroad, this paper objectively expounds the present situation of human resources and its management in SJ Company, and analyzes the environment of human resource planning of SJ Company. After clarifying the principles and objectives of human resource planning in SJ Company, the demand and supply of human resources in SJ Company are forecasted. On this basis, talent recruitment planning, training and development planning, assessment and incentive planning are discussed. Human resource flow planning and corporate culture planning are discussed in this paper. The specific contents of human resource planning of SJ are put forward. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee of human resources strategic planning of SJ company. The implementation steps of the plan mainly include providing the mass foundation and supporting force for the implementation of the plan, making more concrete and feasible implementation plan, and improving the execution ability of the plan. Planning evaluation mechanism, ensuring the implementation of strategic planning and strategic adjustment and other aspects of the SJ human resources management strategic planning security measures, mainly from technical support, system security, communication protection, Four aspects of cultural security are discussed.
