“數(shù)控一代”示范工程引領(lǐng)和推動(dòng)共性使能技術(shù)在中小企業(yè)推廣應(yīng)用

【摘要】:數(shù)控技術(shù)是推動(dòng)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品升級(jí)換代的關(guān)鍵共性使能技術(shù)?紤]到廣大中小企業(yè)自身技術(shù)、資金等諸多障礙和市場(chǎng)失靈、組織失靈問(wèn)題,共性使能技術(shù)在推廣應(yīng)用中存在嚴(yán)重的"死亡之谷"現(xiàn)象。"數(shù)控一代"示范工程的工作方針是以需求為牽引、以創(chuàng)新為動(dòng)力、以企業(yè)為主體、"用產(chǎn)學(xué)研金政"緊密結(jié)合、重點(diǎn)突破、成功示范。"數(shù)控一代"示范工程將數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用到典型行業(yè)的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品中,使裝備和產(chǎn)品性能得到本質(zhì)提升,加快機(jī)械產(chǎn)品整體升級(jí)換代和企業(yè)向可持續(xù)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的步伐,在共性使能技術(shù)研發(fā)與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)之間的鴻溝上架起一座橋梁,取得了顯著的成就,是共性使能技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用的成功范例,為進(jìn)一步在各個(gè)行業(yè)、區(qū)域全面普及數(shù)控技術(shù)及開(kāi)展"智能一代"機(jī)械產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用工程提供有益借鑒并奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Numerical control technology is the key common enabling technology to promote the upgrading of mechanical products. Taking into account many obstacles, such as technology, capital and so on, market failure, organizational failure and common enabling technology, there is a serious "death Valley" phenomenon in the popularization and application of general enabling technology. " The working policy of the numerical control generation "demonstration project is to take demand as the traction, innovation as the motive force, enterprises as the main body," using industry, education and research as the golden policy "to closely combine, focus on breakthrough, and successful demonstration." The numerical control generation "demonstration project applies numerical control technology to the mechanical products of typical industries, so that the equipment and product performance can be improved substantially, and the upgrading of mechanical products as a whole and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises to sustainable development will be accelerated." The gap between generic enabling technology R & D and enterprise innovation production has been bridged, with remarkable achievements. It is a successful example of the extension and application of general-purpose enabling technology. The area popularizes the numerical control technology and develops the "intelligent generation" mechanical product innovation application engineering to provide the beneficial reference and to lay a solid foundation.
