【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械對(duì)于構(gòu)建新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系至關(guān)重要,在實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)化組織化的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮重要的作用。農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)力的提高、生產(chǎn)方式的改革過(guò)程中,農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械都發(fā)揮著重要的作用。近年來(lái),國(guó)家加大力度來(lái)支持農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,使農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系不斷完善,農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力也不斷增強(qiáng),獲得了不少適用性強(qiáng)、科技水平高的科技成果。但我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比仍存在很大差距。本文從中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),進(jìn)一步分析農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新存在的問(wèn)題與影響因素,并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。本文具體研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)果如下:文章首先結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和資料進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,指出本文的研究背景和研究意義,說(shuō)明研究目的和研究?jī)?nèi)容,交代研究方法和技術(shù)路線,為下一步研究奠定了基礎(chǔ);進(jìn)一步總結(jié)和分析了以美國(guó)、法國(guó)、日本為代表的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并對(duì)其農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的做法進(jìn)行了總結(jié),得出中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要啟示;同時(shí)通過(guò)查閱統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒、文獻(xiàn)、書籍、網(wǎng)站,結(jié)合中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展實(shí)際情況,分析了農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要成果、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來(lái)源及研發(fā)能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的投入情況以及相關(guān)政策;根據(jù)實(shí)地走訪調(diào)查的結(jié)果,分析了中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新當(dāng)中存在的主要問(wèn)題,包括自主創(chuàng)新能力弱、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入與產(chǎn)出不平衡、企業(yè)引領(lǐng)作用不強(qiáng)、人才匱乏等,并從創(chuàng)新主體、研發(fā)投入、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、市場(chǎng)需求、政策環(huán)境五個(gè)方面分析了農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響因素;最后總結(jié)全文,得出研究結(jié)論,提出促進(jìn)中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Agricultural machinery is very important to the construction of new agricultural management system and plays an important role in the process of agricultural socialization organization. Agricultural machinery plays an important role in the improvement of rural labor productivity and the reform of production mode. In recent years, the state has increased efforts to support agricultural machinery technology innovation, so that the agricultural machinery technology innovation system is constantly improved, agricultural machinery technology innovation ability is also constantly enhanced, and obtained a lot of scientific and technological achievements with strong applicability and high scientific and technological level. However, there is still a big gap between China's agricultural machinery technology innovation ability and developed countries. Based on the development of agricultural machinery in China, this paper further analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of agricultural machinery technology innovation, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The specific contents and results of this paper are as follows: firstly, the paper summarizes and analyzes the research background and significance, explains the purpose and content of the research, describes the research methods and technical routes, and analyzes the relevant literature and materials. It lays a foundation for the next research. The advanced experiences of agricultural machinery technology innovation in developed countries, such as the United States, France and Japan, are further summarized and analyzed, and the methods of agricultural machinery technology innovation are summarized. The important enlightenment of the technological innovation of agricultural machinery in China is obtained. At the same time, by consulting the statistical yearbooks, literature, books, websites, and combining with the actual situation of the technological innovation and development of agricultural machinery in China, this paper analyzes the main achievements, the sources of technological innovation and the R & D capability of agricultural machinery technology innovation. Investment in technological innovation and related policies; Based on the results of field visits and investigations, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the technological innovation of agricultural machinery in China, including the weakness of independent innovation ability, the imbalance between input and output of funds, the weak leading role of enterprises, the lack of talents, and so on. And from the innovation subject, R & D investment, innovation consciousness, market demand, policy environment five aspects of agricultural machinery technology innovation factors; Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, draws the conclusion of the research, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the technological innovation of agricultural machinery in China.
