企業(yè)精益化管理的戰(zhàn)略地圖及評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, In particular, the rapid development of the Internet, make. The accelerating process of global economic integration, coupled with the financial crisis, the impact of the European debt crisis, makes the international business environment very unstable. At home, the national economic development into the new normal, must change the mode of economic development. Under the dual impact of the international and domestic environment, the shortcomings of the extensive business model in Chinese enterprises are exposed without doubt. Lean management, as one of the most advanced management modes in the 21st century, is a management mode that can effectively reduce waste and create greater value for enterprises. It can help enterprises to realize healthy and sustainable development. Firstly, this paper constructs the strategic map of lean management of enterprises. Firstly, it designs the strategic map of lean management at the top level, defines the basic framework of the strategic map, and establishes the continuous improvement of the management cycle mode. Then according to the basic framework of the strategic map, starting with the formulation of the strategic goal of lean management, we analyze the lean finance and lean customers, and determine the lean internal process and lean learning and growth of the enterprise. The final completion of lean management strategy map formulation. Then the lean management is implemented according to the strategic map. Then the implementation effect of lean management of enterprises is evaluated, and the comprehensive evaluation index system is determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, the composite weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) -entropy method, and the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the evaluation results. Finally, taking R beer enterprise as an example to analyze the case, on the basis of studying the lean management of R beer enterprise according to the strategic map, this paper evaluates the effect of the lean management, and then puts forward the improvement strategy according to the evaluation result. The strategic map of lean management of enterprises is to grasp, guide and promote the practice of lean management from the overall perspective of enterprises, aiming at constructing a set of scientific management mode, strengthening lean organization, manpower, information and system. The coordination of intangible assets such as leadership and Lean's internal process and the consistency with the enterprise's lean strategic goal make the enterprise continuously improve and finally go to the Lean road.
